Wow.What a great experience! Laura was nice and really hands on wit helping us pick our queen Mattress! $10 down got approved for loan to pay out bed. Which was great! I even got sheets, $50 pillows and bed frame! They also strapped on top of jeep. And gave us tie downs.. the process was by appointment only and it was worth it! Thank you Laura ! We love our new bed

We had the best experience with Laura at Mattress By Appointment! She responded to messages quickly and accommodated to times we were available. She was very patient and knowledgeable with suggestions of how to pick the right mattress while we had a difficult time deciding between a few.
Upon delivery (they were extremely helpful and we couldn't have done it without them!) it was discovered the box springs would not fit up the stairs. After a quick call to Laura, a solution was found within minutes and we were able to complete the mattress setup. The money that was saved on the bed purchase allowed us to also buy the cooling mattress protector, a new pillow and amazingly soft bamboo sheets. Best night's sleep in years!

Excellent customer service and beyond helpful with making sure I got the best bed within budget! She also had a kids playhouse for little ones which helped out so much with my 3 year old. Communication I give a 5 and delivery options I give a 5 as well! I know the side of town seems a little sketchy but I promise it’s just a small shop and perfectly safe! I’ll be back for my daughter’s mattress for sure! Toodles!

I am very pleased with the great customer service and the nice selection of full size mattresses that they have to offer. It's very hard to find a full size mattress in the larger stores. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing a decent mattress at an affordable price!

Very friendly company, I told the lady what I was looking for because I have a bad back and she was so helpful. They have such a great deals that I didn't only get a new mattress but couldn't pass on the adjustable, vibration bed frame, it was way cheaper then the leading mattress company, and if your a side sleepers don't forget to get this pillow it's amazing.
