I literally went to the office and filled the paper work out myself gave them all the information they needed. I was told tht same day I was gone receive a call with in that week and I Neva did.... Its been a whole month n I only talked to like 3 or 4 ppl and they told me the same Shyt I was gone receive a call still haven't like this don't make no sense then on top of that Department of human services don't Neva answer the phone like ain't no way I don't have time for the games people have kids to feed but wen it's time to cut ts off y'all quick to do that... But take forever to get them back ... Sense wen does it takes a while month jus to assign a worker to my case I'm very pissed horrible work

They’re putting so many families in Tn at risk of going hungry all because they won’t do their job. It is a time frame where these applications should be getting submitted and they won’t call when they’re supposed to making you have to redo the whole process over again. We’re in a recession and some people need that assistance to take care of their families and I bet they go home and sleep well knowing they sat at home all day and didn’t do what they’re supposed to do and some families are going hungry. Oh I forgot this is a red state
