Barbecue Station

Don't know why they have ANY bad reviews. We took a crew of 8 from NC to Cuero for business and eat here for lunch one day, we ate there everyday after. Intoxicating smell of brisket as soon as you walk in. Butcher on site to customize your BBQ, brisket, sausage, ribs, ANYTHING! Very nice people, great food, great atmosphere, and reasonable pricing. I currently looking into getting the brisket shipped home to NC. But we all know the only real BBQ is made in eastern NC :)

This store restored the front of the restaurant and the family that works there smokes the BBQ all night long. Not only that they usually offer fresh fixings that they either make or bring in from the family farm.

Local family and another historical BBQ spot that has been here for many years. Way longer then me.

Best barbecue around and Bobby and crew are great to work with for catering. The atmosphere is fine and the food is great!
