I had a tree limb fall and rip the meter loop off my house. Charles came out on a Saturday morning and quickly repaired the meter. He was quick to respond to my emergency in a very professional manner.

I had previously contacted Charles, he said that he would call me when he could come by to see the type of work that I needed. Charles called me about 8 am said that he would come by. He looked at what I wanted done we talked about how much it would cost and then I approved the cost. Said it would take about 1 and half to 2 hours depending upon the amount of labor involved, well it turned out less labor and I had some of the supplies he needed to use, so I saved a lot of money for that, anyway long story short all the work was done in less time and good quality and more. Charles and Marshall did very good work and they were very professional also very quick. I will definitely be a returning customer whenever I need more work done. Matter of fact I'm trying to think of other things that I need done electrically. Thank you Charles and Marshall for a good quality job.

We called Mr Sutton for a consultation a few weeks ago. He inspected the area of which we needed work on. He gave us a detailed information and recommendations of what needed to be done. He completed an extensive replacement and rebuilt of a large master switch control box. We’re very pleased at the quality professional work he provided us. Everything was neat and tidy, when he left the work site.. we’ve hired him to repair other lighting repairs around our home.. Thank you Charles, we look forward to working with you again !

Charles came the day we called, replaced some breakers. He returned the following week replaced our outdated breaker box with a new one, replaced wiring. Installed a ceiling fan, which required quite a bit of trouble shooting because it was previously installed incorrectly. He is super knowledgable and personable. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had Mr. Sullivan come out to do some light maintenance on our fuse box. He was friendly, courteous, on time and freely offered advice on maintaining our electrical system. He was also available within 24 hours of my call. Highly recommend.

My main braker at the pole went out. I bought a braker and box and had a redneck person install it. He pulled a wire down from the meter box and broke a hot phase from the meter box. Charles and his helper came right over and fixed the braker that was installed wrong and replaced the part broken in the meter box. Thank you Charles and the sweet young man who got my electricity turned back on that evening.

Lost power to the lights in my living room, bedroom and bathroom so I called Charles around 6:30pm. He had a someone at my house the next morning who thoroughly tested everything and found the problem in no time. Thanks Charles. I highly recommend Sutton Electric.
