She is incredible! I am always satisfied with her performance regarding my needs! She has helped me and my family on numerous occasions. At no point have I walked in that she hasn't been helping several people at once.
I wanted to give less stars for the company not for her performance.
She seems overworked without the appropriate help needed to make the company 5 stars. She herself deserves the 5 but I give the company at best 3 stars.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the staff at TCC Verizon, and I must say that their level of helpfulness exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the premises, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist.

The staff member was not only knowledgeable about their products and services but also went out of their way to ensure that I had a positive experience.

Pam was helpful as I walked into the door. She was very helpful & got me lined out with my 23 ultra.

Kylie is such an asset to your store. Very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 star all the way. Kylie was done with her shift for the day & as I was leaving an elderly woman came in and said she couldn’t make any phone calls and this Kylee said let me look at it, mind you that she was already 18 minutes later getting off of work. I was very impressed that she took the time to help this elderly woman. Kudos to you Kylie for helping her, made my heart happy. Verizon take care of this employee because you have a solid great employee in her.
