Eagleford Seafood & Steak

We had an awesome experience here. The restaurant was uncrowded, the wait staff was very friendly, and the New York strip was delicious. The portions were large, both the said and the potatoes being sharable and the meat was seared properly and cooked exactly as we ordered it

I love the atmosphere, service and food. All are top notch. Quality food and friendly. If something isn't right ( rarely) they will make it right and do whatever is necessary to accommodate you. Love the live music that starts every spring. Shorts are acceptable attire. A nice relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Cuero is a small Texas oil town, so I was expecting a Texas Roadhouse style steakhouse when I went here yesterday. I was quite surprised to find it was much fancier. I immediately felt out of place when entering as I noticed everyone wearing formal attire. My daughter and I had just come from the playground, so I was wearing shorts and a tee, and my daughter had sand in her hair and looked loke she was auditioning for the lead role in "Lord of the Flies." Regardless of our appearance, we were greeted with a smile and seated immediately by a friendly host. I was glad I didn't bring my entire family. The menu isn't child friendly and we would have had to walk home if I had brought all my kids because I would have had to just sign over my car title to pay the bill. Since it was just my daughter and I, we did okay though. I ordered her the cheeseburger and fries, and I had a shrimp salad. Both meals were delicious (I tried a bit of the cheeseburger too). I would definitely come here again, but probably just with my wife....and next time I'll most likely at least wear pants.

What a wonderful steakhouse in Cuero! Our Prime Rib was perfectly Medium Rare. The crab cake appetizer was as delicate as it was sweet crab meat deliciousness. Service was outstanding. Whoever is in charge of this little gem certainly know what the heck they’re doing! Thank You!

Love this place. Lovely atmosphere. Nice lounge. Great food and wonderful service. Lunch is reasonablely priced. The dinner's price is about triple the lunch prices. They have a great 🍷 or bloody Mary deal at lunchtime. Great place to celebrate a special day.

Awesome restaurant, you couldn't believe that such upscale restaurant will be in Cuero, TX. The food is amazing and exceptional service. At lunch it has very reasonable prices, around $15.00 per person, but if you go for dinner be prepared to spend over $30.00 per person. But again, it is worth every penny.

Unbelievable culinary experience ! I will Candidly say as a Foodie that this by far was one of the Best experiences by Far ! Crystal the Head chef has Mad Skills ! Fay our Bartender was so friendly and attentive! David gave us a great Hosting of hospitality as well ! We will be back !

A small, elegant restaurant in a small town. The menu was good and the staff very friendly and accomadating. A group of about 20 ladies had a reservation and were seated.
Although I ate light, their Strawberry and Walnut Salad with a bajed potapo, the food was good. They also serve seafood and steaks. Those in our group who had entres all seemed well pleased with their meals. I woulf go back to Cuero just to eat there again.

Crystal Gomez is doing things in Cuero that we can’t even find in the big cities. There is no premade frozen chicken fried steak folks; she trims cuts pounds and hand breads a huge CFD that looks like steak in a wonderful breading with incredible gravy.
But let me get to the reason that they use cloth napkins and real tablecloth’s and attentive waiters. This place has some of the best seafood around anywhere. Super light breading on the fried shrimp that lets the shrimp flavor come through. The mac & cheese, oh my!, well you just gotta try it. The red snapper oh my goodness the snapper is a huge thick piece of fish that taste like snapper and then is covered in a sauce that you just need a spoon for And included grilled shrimp!! Truly some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. Oh and don’t forget the crab dip. We also had the wedge salad which is why we were just too full to even think about desserts. But next time!

This is my new favorite place off the beaten track. The stakes are high quality and crooked to perfection. Every thing was exclent including the dessert. I am going to try and make it a regular stop when in tthe area. Deffentley the best restaurant in, Cuero or Victoria area.

First time to eat here. We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The food and service was excellent. I highly recommend the Eagleford Restaurant.

Customer service here is exemplary! Had a slight mishap and they made sure to go above and beyond to fix it! Definitely would recommend the fish plate! The orange sauce has me hooked!!

Some of the best food I've ever had! Definitely on par with some 5 star restaurants!! Going back again soon!

The service,food,atmosphere where awesome. Cannot remember the waitress I had but I will be back and find her. 5 stars all around.

I work here but I am also a patron of the restaurant because I will not work for a place that I would not bring my family to, the food is the best in Cuero TX and the atmosphere is excellent, the staff wants to make sure that everyone has a good time and you receive the best food possible
