Wow! I was looking for a Dodge 3500 and was dreading going to a dealership because of our past experiences. We were already in negotiations with another dealer who was being unreasonable. We happened to keep looking and found this one online when we called we talked to the manager Nathan and confirmed was still available. We let them know we would be driving from an hr away, when we arrived the truck was prepped and ready for test drive. Our salesman Thomas was kind, respectful, and really patient with us despite he was working with other clients. Roland in financing submitted us to our preferred lender and got us out the door quick. They gave us a good deal on our trade and this is the fastest best experience we have ever had at a dealership! We definitely will be doing business with brown in the future!

Everything was very professional and personable. The whole process was very comfortable. Our sales professional Jesse Mike and our finance manager Max were very helpful.

Becky was amazing in the service department! She understood the problem and fixed what needed to be fixed! We had unfortunately taken this vehicle first to Maxwell in Castroville who would not stand behind the warranty of this vehicle (which we had unfortunately bought from them). Becky understood the problem and listened to the issue and had our vehicle fixed and ready quickly under the vehicle’s warranty. We have done business with Brown Dodge for many years and we were reminded of the home town dealerships value of the customer and the value of standing behind the Dodge product! Amazing customer service! Went for an oil change and had some recalls fixed. It was going to take a while so they drove me home. They also delivered my car back to my house when it was complete. Sam was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend Brown Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram!

I sat in the waiting area for a couple hours, each time an employee walked in to get a drink from the mini fridge-they’d smile and say hi then ask if I’d like something to drink.

Noe was able to have my truck looked at and fixed within 3 hours. The other dealerships I had called said I would need to leave my truck for a few days just to get it looked at.

Service dept. Is the best, because of Becky. Never met anyone as knowledgeable about diesel trucks. She knows what your talking about and you know the mechanic will get the right info. She makes sure your truck is fixed. I don't worry after I talk to her.

The customer service is outstanding! You can schedule appointments compared to other dealers that say it can take up to 7 days before we can even look at your car. Why should a customer go 7 days without a car just waiting? Schedule an appointment with Brown Dodge, get your car fixed and your way.

I would not hesitate buying a preowned or new vehicle from this dealership and even more so, I would highly recommend dealing with the salesman Julian when you’re there! They are sooo nice and helpful - we were getting our car worked on (recall item plus oil change, etc). They also checked items and fix them without charge (minor trunk light issue). Not only were they relatively fast, but everyone who worked there was so nice and always checking if we were okay, etc..
