It's a amazing place to live nice and quiet Tara is so sweet

Cool. It has habitations and what not. I suppose you could probably live there if you gave whoever owns the place some kind of payment each month - or an outright trade for something higher in value. Maybe they'll barter for some emus or alpacas. Not sure though. Possibly some gently used pacaderms. Although, now that I think about it, they would probably prefer the United States Domestic currency instead as then they'd be able to use it to purchase or procure whatever they desire far easier. I like turtles.

Nice Landlady/Owner, Pam, and nice office manager/owner Tara. Christian values, and very reasonably priced. Do not mistake Christian for replacing business obligations. Stickler about rent, but very affordable, so there should be know problems paying. Every trailer is thoroughly gone through and cleaned, painted if need be and ready to move in after last tenants leave.. Storage sheds on site. Sweet people, but make no mistake, rent is due by the 4th or late penalty. Speed limit 10 miles per hour, strictly enforced. Quiet neighbors. Been here since 2016, and find it to be a pleasant experience.

Always love being here. The owner is friendly and there is no trouble. Country Atmosphere.
