I had my John Deere tractor there for the yearly checkup. I took it in on Friday afternoon and it was ready Monday. They forgot to replace a broken lens on a light and when they were made aware of that they replaced it for free. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of access and parking. The restroom was very clean.

Love my new 3025D John Deere tractor. Shoppas added a 3rd function for a root grapple. John Reitan was great to work with and I look forward to working with John and Shoppas in the future!

Shoppa’s at the Liberty store was a great experience for me the salesman Leon Wilson was great to work with and gave me what I needed , he wasn’t trying to get me to buy more than what I needed, and the young man that delivered the machine knew everything about the equipment now that’s First Class Service, Thanks again Shoppa’s.

I called and spoke to Dave at the parts dept. needing some items for my tractor. He is on it!!! he had what I needed even before I got there -- everyone was smiling and welcoming - ready to help. What a great place and great prices. I was able to buy more things I needed because of the savings!!!! I will be back despite the long drive for me- well worth the trip.

You got to have a John Deere. I went in to talk to John he ordered me a z355r zero turn mower. Came straight from the factory they got it in put together for me and get it to me as soon as possible. Wonderful people to work with I'm proud to have my first John Deere. My backyard hadn't been mowed in 3 weeks but it took no time at all for the zero turn to knock it out so I can sit back on the patio and drinking iced tea.

The salesman was great and they worked very hard to deliver it when I wanted on short notice. I think the tractor 🚜 is awesome 👌.

Bought a used 4044m tractor that had issues I was unaware of. Rick went above and beyond to help me get my tractor right and keep the cost down. I am new to tractors and expected the worst when I had to take it to a dealer. I can't say enough about Rick thanks again!

Looked at a John Deere tractor after speaking w/Leon W. at the Houston Livestock and Rodeo forum. Leon was informative, engaging and knowledgeable about everything “tractor”. Met w/Leon at Shoppa’s John Deere in Liberty, TX and discussed the uses and needs for my property. Leon provided in-sight, options and informed knowledge about the best piece of equipment and attachments for the jobs awaiting. Leon worked to satisfy all the logistical needs at the best value on my behalf. His customer service went above and beyond! I highly recommend this business and Leon W. for all tractor and farm related business.

Everything fell in place as promised. The delivery driver was a little early but waited for me and was very courteous. Driver walked me through the operation and maintenance. I am very confident of a continuous amicable relationship.

Came into their store to talk about either a zero turn mower or compact tractor and walked out with a deal on the tractor and attachments. Their representative, Leon, guided me with the financing and servicing information, also gave me a quick tour of the machine. Really helpful and really kind with us.

I have always bought my John Deere parts and supplies here. They have always helped me get the right thing the first time. At one time I lived over 26 miles away from their shop. They came and picked up my mower, repaired it, then returned it. I did not see the cost of the delivery. The cost of the parts and labor were the same as was quoted. I have been treated very well by this location, and will continue to do business with them.

COVID has brought about strange times. My brother and I stop here to pick up oil filters, etc. for maintenance purposes and decided to buy an XUV with my dad here. I had originally spoke to Leroy, was a nice guy, but happened to be out the day we showed up. Russell stepped in and helped, gave a quote, test drive, and didn’t try to overly chat me like some sales people. Returned and purchased the XUV and we were told originally it may take 2-3 days which didn’t happen. Russell was good about updating me via text which I am appreciative. After 2 weeks I was frustrated and talked to someone in the service department ( sorry I didn’t write down your name) who was very friendly and provided an explanation from his department’s viewpoint which helped ease me. It didn’t take long after they finally received the last parts from John Deere to getting it delivered ( the delivery person was personable too) to me. Thanks y’all, I know we are currently in strange times the communication made the wait easier. Two nitpicks, one was the gas tank was nearly empty and two the underside of the roof had mud on the front latches. Like I said, nitpicks I still give 5 stars especially for keeping me updated.
