I recently opened up an account here and the service has been outstanding.

Very convenient location and the people are great.

It is convenient but the staff at this location can be on the rude side.

Right when I walked in the young lady with the wild eye makeup was ready to tell me No before I even asked my question. She told me I couldn't open a bank account with them because there not going to for people to deposit their checks, I asked her well I'd receive a debit card to use correct? She wasn't helping me find a new solution or even to open an account she had her mind set on NO. I'd give this bank 0 starts if possible.

I bank with prosperity but I’m absolutely disappointed in this branch. They let go of 2 of the most experienced bankers who were the nicest people at this place.
