AT&T Store

I wanted to take the time to show appreciation for all of the support and assistance shown to me by Janet Reyes. She was helping me problem solve with unlocking an older phone. She provided patience and flexibility as we worked for over an hour on the help line to an overseas worker. Although the phone didn’t get unlocked, Janet made every attempt to help on her end. She navigated customers while providing assistance to me at the same time.
What a great employee to have at the new location. Thanks Janet!

I had a fantastic experience with AT&T and their services. The employee who assisted me was incredibly helpful, demonstrating a deep understanding of the products and services. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making the entire process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend AT&T for their excellent service and knowledgeable staff. The name of the employee was Janet Reyes. Again I’m out state person which was no issue.

The store has just opened for the day and the representative had four customers all at once. She was very kind and did her best to take care of all of us. I waited patiently as she took care of the people who arrived first. She made sure to reassure us that our time was important. She even called a coworker and asked they come to work as soon as possible. As soon as her coworker arrived, my problem was addressed and solved.

I needed help finishing set up my new phone, passwords etc, and Lorrin was very helpful and very ready to do it! No problems at all!! She’s terrific!

Excellent customer service all the way! Darius helped us through some problems we ran into with my account and was on the phone with at&t for over 3 hours resolving our problem! He knows his job and does it extremely well! Highly highly recommend him!!

I was having problems with my phone. Little did I know that it did not like to charge with a cord from the convenience store. The young man was so extremely helpful and patient. I had several questions. He explained to me what I needed to do and how I could save the most money. I have not had this good of service from any other AT&T location. Usually, they surely help you, but you walk out paying at least $100 and more, and they do not explain to you what they did for you. Not this location.

The lady working the store at the time was so polite. Greeted us with a smile, even though she was forced to work in the terrible heat ( my words not hers) she actually didn't say anything bad about the heat but I knew it was getting to her. The store had to be atleast 85° to 90° inside with no air flow at all. She took the time to show me some accessories which I bought. Her politeness made my day. Especially since my family an I just lost everything we had due to our house having trees falling on it.. I left there with a big ole smile by her kindness an knowledge of the at&t product.. She is a WINNER AN GO GITTER.

Best tech support ever from AT&T Liberty, TX associate, Lorrin, who helped me TWICE with a SIM card issue I was having with the AT&T Network. She stuck with it and solved a complicated issue my iPad was having with the network. Highly recommend her professional knowledge and service.

This store is the bees knees. I went in being from 1983 and came out living in the 21st century! While I thought sending smoke signals was the best way of communicating they shown me how to text and send memes like a god! Accessories are an abundance here which will cover the intricate machinery that allows me to see into the future of this world. Also if you think chivalry is dead you’ve never been to this store, they pulled the seat out for me and opened doors when I walked through them. The visit I experienced definitely ended with a happy ending!

Marcie is amazing if she wasn’t at this store I wouldn’t go to it she has amazing customer service skills and takes care of everything I need!
