Ridiculous. Got a warrant warning from a ticket 3 yrs ago. No reminders.. nothing. Sad town. Don’t travel through if you don’t need to. They will be waiting and ready…. Definitely not understanding.

I just received a letter from the city of Eustace, stating that I failed to appear by my court date.
There are principles at stake .
More than an hour early, I waited for the court to open, and was the third person to sign-in.
I didn’t leave with any receipts of my being there after speaking to the judge, so I guess it would be their word against mine.. I am glad that I have time-stamped photos.
After realizing that I was fighting a losing battle against the unfair speed trap, with great reluctance, I paid their fees. The City of Eustace sent another letter stating that I failed to pay, and threatened further action..

I thought I was getting pulled over by a ghost with a gun.🤔
Nope it was just the KKK doing a routine traffic stop.🤷

Speed trap. First time getting pulled over, 10 miles above the speed limit (80 and the posted was 70, just got out of an area that was 75) and still got a 200+ dollar ticket.

The entire point of the town is to be a speedtrap. First ticket i ever got.
