This is a beautiful place, love the trails and fishing areas.

A great Texas State Park! Beautiful scenery around the lake with nicely established walking/biking trail loops that meander through woods with lake vistas. Glad to have found this hidden gem!

I was blessed to the fullest to have had the chance to get an amazing hot shower like no other public shower ever! The water was so nice and hot
I took a picture of this BiggAzz Spider 🕷 in the restroom and made sure that it was safely removed unharmed 🙌🏾

It's a nice state park. It's smaller then most but has a lot of walking trails.

Nice level and well kept trail. Parts of the trail have no shade. Closer view of the Lillie pads was nice and there were a few different flowers blooming we hadn't seen elsewhere in the park. If you begin here by the dam, there is a restroom with shower. We didn't use it though. There are also a couple of picnic tables.
