Dr Zack is the only Dr for me😊 never have to wait long..very patient and listens well to all my ailments😂..I just love him & his Staff🥰

Took both of my kiddos for wellness checks and vaccines. Wonderful staff and the Doc was great. Smiles and questions answered. Waiting on Vax records but beyond that I’d recommend this clinic 100%

Zach and Matt are exceptionally outstanding at caring for my family during illness. The staff are attentive and productive, as i have seen during my visits but im only there a few times a year.

By far the most discriminating situation I've ever experienced. Why is Dr Zachary still in office after so many of his patients have continuously made horrible reviews on him. Shame on him. If he treats his patients horrible he deserves to have his physician MD stripped from him. It's not tolerated in nursing homes so he should get the same treatment. And his staff is so heartless. The staff just let's him get away with too much. His female staff hears the way Dr ignores the patient questions. What if it were one of their parents, elderly and barely able to wheel their selves. Enough is enough. It's time for the people, the locals to get treated and with
respect. New Dr. New staff. No elderly, handicap should EVER have to find another Dr due to his tantrums. Cold hearted Dr Zachary . I wonder if Dr Zachary family knows how he treats his patients.

Dr. Zachary Windrow was rude and unprofessional. I waited two hours in back room and had to arrange someone to pick up my child from school due to the excessive wait. While I’m on the phone with the person who is picking up my child, and who can’t find the school, Dr. Zachary Windrow walks in. I ask for a minute and Dr. Zachary Windrow replied “nope, I’ll be back in another hour” in an obnoxious tone. Dr. Windrow’s actions were unprofessional and unethical.

Doctor Hayes was great, office staff sucks. Do not care about patients needs, definitely care about socializing and having a good laugh at the patients expense. They use their authority to suit their needs. . But they definitely collect that copays first. They are probably having a good laugh ay my expense right now!!

I'm giving one star because you can't give zero but this doctor is the worst doctor I've ever been to he is so judgemental and was more worried about the pain meds I was on then what I was there for. I will never return there and I don't recommend him

Dr need be more caring about their patients kind of rude walk out the room while I was talking to him about putting me on diet the nurse their all laugh and go back forth about exp or thing a patient does

The doctors are all right. Doctors always seem to be alright. It's the office staff that's usually the problem and ultimately that's the physician's responsibility. Office staff seems to be efficient collecting copays and making appointments, as long as you realize you are responsible for finding out which office. Where they are clearly inefficient? The things that affect us the most: Insurance issues, prescriptions and test results. A week to get results from a CBC, BMP, TSH and UA....a week! really?! Aren't they using the same hospital lab the ER uses, they get results in a couple of hours. Next day, 2 days, 3days for a culture but a week! Something needs to get fixed! 3 days later symptoms got so bad we took her into SA to an Urgent care and found out she had a "raging" UTI and was started on an antibiotic that day. 3 days after that this medical practice, Hondo office, calls us with negative results. Something is wrong here.

Dr.Zachary Windrow has to be the of the worse doctors I have ever been to.

They take forever! 3 hours and they still hadn't seen my daughter.
