The person delivering the mail on may 2nd lost my Mother's day package &sent my gift to the wrong address. My package was never retrieved! Jennifer was super helpful giving all info to Nicka k regarding my package.HOWEVER....nicka k said the post office doesnot know how to live up to their responsibility since they were the ones who lost my package! I also left my ID at the post office and someone was sweet enough to return my ID to me.Next time i hope someone calls if it ever happens again!

Always good to go to a place where they have "good people". Just like a lot of places in Groesbeck you find yourself face to face with good people who actually give you the "cheers" experience. For you are greeted with a smile. You didn't still there's always a negative to a positive in order to have an attraction to something and for this particular connection it is the fact that a person can't have around the clock mailing to be able to pick up packages after 5:00...lol 😂

Wow. I’m just appalled by my encounter with this post office. I had three appointments, back to back, for passport processing. Got stuck behind train, notified them we would be 7 minutes late. Get there and lady at counter states she will not process our applications since we’re late. Not one other customer was in that building. I could understand if the place was busy and we had to wait. I would even understand if she would have just processed two applications and we could have waited for the third until after “other” appointments but she flat out refused. Our appointment technically was 45 minutes since we had three back to back but we were denied service completely. My husband is a federal government employee and deals with the public day in and day out and he was also bewildered by this outright refusal to assist a customer.

Just as my wife Janice has already said in another review. This post office is the most unreliable and dependable post office I’ve ever come across. Very non responsive, no customer care, very rude supervisors, and lazy. Lazy is the key word.
Sometimes we get our mail and other times our neighbors get our mail and Vice versa. The lady who was put on as the daily mail carrier is unprofessional, and even lies about rules vs our house and situation. Ironically, when someone fills in for her they do the job with the utmost care and professionalism. If she doesn’t understand the standards of the job, she should not be delivering the mail.
We still continue with the same issues, and it’s to the point we have considered a lawsuit based on stress, anxiety and also not delivering our mail to people we are sending to, which is the newest issue. Sara, Keri/Carrie, and Alyson have been the worst to deal with.
Just today, another complaint had to be filed with USPS Consumers Affairs. This is beyond ridiculous, and the supervisors need to get their acts together.

The post office has very lackadaisical employees, and even some rude ones. Sarah the Post Master seems very nice, but I think when there is an issue she likes to just appease the public instead of acknowledging the real issues. My neighbor works there and she is kind, gracious and helpful. Thus the reason for 1 star.
I'm a disabled individual and my husband works 70+ hours a week. We have certain circumstances to our daily life. We filled out the card with the postal service and requested packages be delivered to our front door. For months our request was filled, and the carrier was so nice and caring. We never had a problem. At some point they switched to a different person. A lady, I'll withhold her name. She is the worst carrier I've come across in my 49 years of life. She ignores the delivery request, leaves packages in random places, or doesn't leave them at all. She is lazy and leaves a card so we have to go pick them up at the post office. I submitted a service inquire with Customer Affairs. They've been helpful. However, is the issue resolved? No. The carrier continues her nonsense. I contacted customer affairs again and sent them the card she left even after being spoke to by the post master. Unless Sarah never spoke to her. Who know right? She recently had to redeliver a package and once again left it in a random spot, and it rained all over it.
Customer affairs once again is contacting the post master about the issue.
I've been sent hardship papers to fill out and send back. Apparently once approved, she'll have no choice but to do as we requested.
If you don't understand the responsibility of the job, then don't be a carrier!

I will not even give 1*!
Mr. Next Speaker of The House,
Kevin McCarthy , it is not only necessary to send all the Taxcollectors from where they came from, but also to privatize the US Postal Service Offices because Taxpayees Like Me will not even receive the same SERVICE as from other mail deliverers! All employees who are not willing to deliver oversize shipments to the front porch or are lazy to drive along the driveway and come to the front door to get a signature when required, all of them must be fired! We for notified there will be signaturd required and person nedd to come out cross street to meet mail woman in 2 1/2 Hour Window .

Lady, mail person Was very rude to me. I drove car front of her First because of my hips I use cane she asked me if I have pen, ( well really , how I suppose know she doesn’t doing digital or she won’t have pen on her when she need signature)? After she funded pen , I signed and got the envelopes of course she give to me PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL Envelope bended up hard copies. She was lot’s of drama.
—-
I pulled front of her with Toyota right after she parked there cross street From our From Door not even 80 feet, near mailbox to get me closed, she starts taking pictures of Me from beginning, so I took pictures after all too.
I’m not going be treats like this with these employees from #Groesbeck #TX USPS Business #Postmaster there cannot take care of these operations, by my opinion and she’s not able to provide proper services with her employees . Their crossing lines . She told me , their cannot walk to front door if signature requires , their, she said : “We use HORN” ! ? Because this isn’t city . It’s just Not Right paying for Express Mail and have to go to picked up in town after all, if horn won’t go noisy, she said I can come to pick up in Town . Too much to ask for ?!?

The Groesbeck (Texas) Post Office is horrible. They lost several of my packages on a one year span. I wish I could give them zero stars. Sara the manager is rude and not helpful at all. ZERO STARS!!

The most incompetent post office I’ve ever had to work with. They are non responsive to issues. The staff is vaguely present and has the worst attitude. Forwarding mail options takes in person and online submission multiple times and they still never get it right. Mail is not delivered to the correct addresses. I’m sure someone else is receiving my mail. I’ve received others and completed RTS but they end up right back in my box. I have no words for the lack of care or concern for this location… it’s truly sad.

Rural delivery leaves much to be desired. We "often" get others mail which leaves me to believe others are getting our mail. Just yesterday, Saturday 10/16/21 we had no mail delivery evidence being our outgoing mail (flag was up), never got picked up. I have no issues with main office in town.

The rudest people of not just any post office, but probably any business I have ever been too. Every single one is so rude that I’d swear they pay to work there.

The incompetence at this location is astounding. The “lady” at the counter (name withheld but can share privately) is either untrained or woefully ignorant to the point that she contradicts information the post master gave me the day before. She is completely unaware of the “package intercept” option that is clearly stated on the USPS website. I work around the United States and frequently work closely with many USPS locations to receive parts, supplies and documents, but the location in Groesbeck Tx is by far the most difficult and incompetent I have ever encountered. Be aware that if you attempt to speak with the post master, this lady will lie and say that a different woman is the post master, and when you call her out on the bald face lie, she will hang up in your face.

Fire everyone but Aletra she seems to be the only person that can correctly deliver mail! Let’s not even get started on the office personnel… incompetent at its best.

There have been multiple times that packages have been left out in the rain. And an all time low just found a package left at the end of my driveway luckily I was looking and found it. These people are sorry when it comes to delivering things the right way. Careless
