Drew Langston (sales man) was awesome to deal with while truck shopping. We told him what we were looking for and pointed us to the vehicles they had on the lot, also if they didn't have it we could order one to the exact spec we wanted. Drew was super knowledgeable about the product they sell and makes you feel right at home with a friend. Now onto the financing department. We weren't happy with the payment but we all know it's a numbers game. They didn't pressure us, told us to think about it and we split ways. Roughly an hour later we got a call and numbers were right along with what we wanted to pay and everything was smooth from there. We were SUPER happy with the while process from Crossroads and them working with us to get the truck my wife wanted.

Buying a vehicle from an online dealership takes tremendous trust for the customer and the dealer.

I found my customer experience with my dealer very trusting. From the initial contact all the way through to the final paper work, delivery and payment.

I did not have the opportunity to visit the dealership to receive a test drive or up-close look.

I ask my sales person, Michael Batts, numerous questions and guidance on my purchase of a Cadillac Escalade EXT. Michael even arranged a Skype/FaceTime overview of the vehicle. He made a point to not over-sell me. He was cordial and polite.

I highly recommend this dealership including all the personnel that help make purchasing a vehicle a true pleasure.
