With the craziness of covid and difficulties of supply Scott Fannin and BJ Ford helped us navigate us with out worries. From calling us back, staying late and breaking down technical upgrades so we could understand. Every employee seemed to love their jobs and were glad to see you. It’s so nice to be treated like a friend verses a number. We have bought numerous new vehicles from the large dealerships to small communities and I would recommend BJ Ford above them all. From the start from the first phone call to inquire about a vehicle on their site the customers service was incredible. Scott Fannin was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond for me and helped way more than i ever thought possible. It had everything I was looking for, so there was no need to look at any other ones, she got to work and within 45 minutes we were approved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The dealership exudes professionalism on every level. Went to look at a Mustang with my wife 5/22. We were greeted immediately by Scott Fannin. The man is a pros pro and extremely knowledgeable. He pulled the car around for us to look at and let us take it for a test drive. While we did the test drive, Scott and Joe Isbell looked over our trade and when we got back they made us an amazing offer! The numbers were close and we were almost ready to make a deal, but didn't have the payment we wanted yet. We thanked everyone as they were very generous with their time and got up to leave. Before we could walk out the door, the owner got involved and made us an offer we couldn't refuse! Never has this happened in my 20+ years of buying cars. We were blown away! Joe then took us to his office to go over financing and made sure we had what we needed and noting we didn't. It was smooth, easy, painless, and strangely enough enjoyable! Best car buying experience ever! No high pressure sales here. A bunch of good ol' county boys, dip and all! Doesn't sound too professional or appealing to some of you but that just means you're city folk. Great prices, good cars, easy to work with. Remember it's in the country very small old outdated building but I'm okay with that because it reflects on the price of the car. There is only one sales manager and one Finance guy, so you may have to wait. Our wait was enjoyable we test drove the four cylinder Mustang which was absolutely impressive and had great conversations with everyone around. Honest. Trustworthy. Hope to purchase every one of our future cars from this location. I might even go as far as to tell them what I'm looking for and have them get it for me. That's how happy and impressed we were with this place.

Was looking for a replacement vehicle. I shopped both dealers in town, but BJ Ford’s sales agent Liz, took the time in the 98 degree heat to answer all my questions with no sales pressure. I have a 2018 F-150 that was shifted hard in 8th gear. Made appointment and brought it by and was headed back home in an hour with problem solved. Tuned out to be a recall. Great people there at BJ Ford.

Sure wish I could give B J Ford in Liberty, TX a SIX!

While looking on-line for a pre-owned 2018 Chevy Tahoe with low mileage, we discovered a pre-owned 2019 Chevy Tahoe, Texas Edition, with only 10,000 miles at B J! We drove out to Liberty to take a look. Our very friendly salesperson was Amy Hickman. She did an OUTSTANDING job explaining the MANY nice features of this vehicle to two older, technically-challenged customers. Furthermore, this was a complex CHEVY, not a Ford.

We also looked at two pre-owned 2018 Tahoes at two Houston Chevy dealerships. Both vehicles were OK (actually JUST OK), and about $10,000 dollars cheaper. We ended up spending more than we intended, but we feel that we got a VERY GOOD deal (wish I could say an EXCELLENT deal ! ) on a gorgeous vehicle that easily passes as brand new.

It was also a pleasure working with Terry, the General Manager, and Joe Isbell, the Business Manager. Great dealership. Great People.
