Our community is very fortunate to have a place like Potetz's. They are convenient, competive, and well run. The people that work there are excellent ..... friendly and helpful. the guys that work outside bust their butts to get you in and out quickly.

This Harware store is like taking a step back in time.....way back !! I have spent the last 30 years wandering aimlessly with questions and no one to help me at the Big Box Hardware stores in Houston. This place was so well laid out. The staff will help you look for stuff. Even if you dont live in the Liberty,Tx area you need to just stop in so you can see what a real Hardware is supposed to be !!

I truly appreciate all the help I received during my visit. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me. He was very knowledgeable. He helped me pick the correct wire for my stove, explained how to ground the wire in my breaker box, and now I have a working stove. I am super excited!

I had to go in there twice for my husband. He gave me a list of what I needed because he was in the middle of our house project. The first time I went in I asked the front desk if someone could help me find plumbing supplies. They called someone and a wonderful lady by the name of Sherry helped me get everything. One thing they were completely out of that I really needed and she said where else I can go in town to get that item and I went where she said and they had it. The second visit as soon as I walked in a young girl I believe by the name of Johnna (I’m horrible with names) asked if I needed help finding something and of course I did again with plumbing. She found everything I needed. The front checkout is quick and thorough. Both days I was in a rush and I did not have to wait to checkout. Front desk employees are friendly as well. All in all this place is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. Hopefully my hubby can go now (Lol!) but I’m sure if I needed to go for him again I know who to ask for and am sure others will be just as helpful as these 2 amazing ladies. They definitely have and will continue to have our business!

I can't say enough compliments about my shopping encounters. I am Building on property and need a reliable home center. Good prices and quality. To the boys and gentleman who load my truck, my hat is tipped to you.

Potetz is a great place to shop for your building materials
I can go to P&H give them list of materials go outside have it loaded (without having to do it myself) and be back at home working before I could find cart at the larger stores
Also the things that P&H does to support the youth and elderly in our community is exceptional

Very helpful and friendly staff. With how the world is going now was surprised there is such place and good staff, prices a very compatible will definitely shop in this place and will encourage others to shop there as well.

Went to the store virtually when it opened on a rainy day. It was very well staffed & everyone was gearing up for the work day. Dealt with 4 staff members all of which were very polite and helpful...willingly. One gentleman walked me thru the store to each item I needed and made sure it was what I needed but also took the time to educate me in a non condescending manner so that I would know for future times what the different options were & how to keep from re-working due to using incorrect components. Also, I thought the price would be higher since it was not a big chain supply store but it was not! Pleasantly surprised by the people at Potez!... will be back.

The young lady that helped me find 2 -8 millimeter locking nuts, was pleasant, professional, and quick! Reminded me of how young people used to brought up to act! All for a whole 40 cents too

I know this place isn't a big box hardware like Lowes but that's what I like about it! I have never had to wander about looking for someone to help me. By the time I walk down the isle I am looking for I have been asked at least twice if I need help. I appreciate good service and knowledgeable employees!

Best hometown hardware store and lumber yard ever! They carry all the basics. Locally owned and operated. They contribute to the community that they operate in and their customer service is excellent.

Absolutely do not know what I would do without the place. Very friendly and eager to help you with whatever you may need. When you can walk in and just show them a picture of a problem or something you are wanting to do and they can easily show you everything you need and save you money in the process is a blessing. It sure beats driving 30 miles to get the same product and possibly higher price.

Great small town lumber yard and hardware store! Very helpful and friendly staff who answered our questions and led the way to the items we needed. Thanks for the great service and we will be back!

They are a bit pricey on some stuff but if I have to pay a dollar more and use less gas then going out to Baytown I’ll pay it plus everyone is helpful and nice .... wish they had better hours sometimes need them open until 8 lol but it’s ok .... have a blessed day
