Had a great experience today. The ladies there are the greatest helping my Mom find just the right walker. And also gave us ideas about shoes for my Mom. Thank you for your Awesome customer service.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for the employees of Brilliant. We went in for a new walker for mom and they were so kind and amazing to work with. They sent in for the prescription, set up everything and even let mom test drive a brand new scooter. We left, the about an hour later we returned and bought the scooter too. I cried in the middle of t
he store just so happy for my mom to get some independence back and I owe it all to Brilliant.

The staff was wonderful and made sure I was properly fitted for my walking boot and explained the reason for pricing based on my insurance. I am extremely grateful to them for the level and quality of service I received. Thank y'all very much.

This place is in a wonderful place across from hospital.They employees are so helpful. i had been looking for a part for my disabled husband. I had been from Ft worth to Abilene and to Wichita Falls with no help when I walked in the two wonderful ladies put their head together and took a part off of another piece of equipment to make it work.I hand it to the women, they made my husband's mobility so much easier.

These people are AMAZING! My grandmother has visited multiple times and gave the highest praise for the staff and the exceptional service. Thank you so much to the staff for everything that you do!

These folks are TOP notch! We ordered a lift recliner for my Dad, everyone there is super friendly and very helpful! Kyle delivered the chair and everything went fantastic, he set it up and explained everything.... No questions were left unanswered. So glad to have found them!

After having trouble getting the equipment that I needed with our local medical supply company, due to them insisting that I pay a copay that I did not owe, I called Brilliant Medical Boutique. With it being near closing time, they worked late to get me what I needed. Unfortunately, my insurance company had closed for the day. The next morning we drove an hour to see them. They were extremely nice, very professional, attentive to my needs, and explained everything I needed to know, leaving me with not one question to ask. They were more concerned about getting me taken care of, than the insurance, and I left with what I needed, soon after arriving. It was well worth the drive and if I ever need anything again, I will be headed their way.

Two years ago I purchased a Golden Technologies lift recliner from Brilliant. It was delivered and set up in my home and my old broken recliner was hauled away. This week my chair began to emit a strange clicking noise when being raised to the lift position. I called Brilliant and they arranged a service visit the next day. The technician who came was very polite and knowledgeable and in little time found and corrected my problem. He even did a preventative lubrication of critical parts free of charge. You may pay a little more for this type of chair, but the service Brilliant provides is well worth the extra price.

The staff at Medical Boutique was very helpful when we needed to find medical equipment for our mom. They were especially helpful when choosing the right size recliner, as well as wheelchair and walker. Our mom continued to compliment Christian for days when he made the delivery. I returned to Brilliant Medical Boutique in Weatherford today after seven years and was welcomed with open arms. I was shown mastectomy prostheses and bras by Ana. I believe I was Ana’s first fitting and she did very well. If she had questions she asked Amy which had fitted me seven years ago and is close to an expert fitter. I came out with a new prosthesis and two new bras. They also are going to order me one that they didn’t have in the store but should get it before Thursday of next week. Fast. Oh, and if you need a Lift Chair, go check them out. I got to relax in a nice one and found out they are all built in the USA. Please if you are in the Parker County area go check out the store in Weatherford and if you are in Tarrant County area they also have one in Fort Worth. Nice people.

Thank you Christian for all your help today! He was so much help with assisting us with installation of a cup holder on our daughters wheelchair & showing us features that we didn't even know were on it. Very friendly & always willing to help no matter what.

The customer service at Brilliant Medical is great; employees are always willing to provide advice and assist with any issues. They have a good selection of compression socks and they always make sure I choose the appropriate pair.

These people were great. On my first visit to their store, they took significant time to help me with equipment. This was even before I purchased anything. I'll be back for my next brace. THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Beyond satisfied with the service I received today! Not an easy process for me to get fitted after mastectomy, but Amy made me feel very welcome and comfortable as well as the front desk staff. I will continue coming for my durables medical equipment/needs. Thank you !!

Here’s the deal — we’ve leaned on Brilliant Medical in Weatherford over a dozen times with the care of both my parents, through serious maladies and surgeries. These folks will deeply listen to what you need, will make suggestions that make sense, and will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need during the most difficult transitions. They’ll deliver, they’ll hold an item or two, they’ll help load it into your car, they’ll send you brochures or info packets, and you can almost *always* get a real person on the phone. They are *always* my ace in the hole for a crisis, and they can be yours too.

I was having so many problems finding a knee brace and came here to see if they had anything. I had a warm welcome and the staff was so attentive. Christian helped me try one a few different types and made sure it fit and he found one that was perfect. This will be my first stop if I need anything in the future!

I’ve been a customer of Brilliant Medical Boutique for 15 yrs and I love their great selection of medical products and their wonderful customer service! You can order by phone and pickup or have them mail your purchase to you. I drive 3 hrs to shop at BMB because of their dedicated customer service!

We recently purchased a lift chair from them and had them repair an older chair that had some problems. They were very patient with us during the selection process for the new chair, (it took us several months to decide on the right model), and they did not pressure us into buying . Kyle was most friendly and did a great job on the repair. We will definitely, give them give them our return business.
