Taft Pharmacy

Very professional and positive environment with great vibes..

My wife is from here I am not, So I decided to try a pharmacy in Taft since we live here.(I recently became a patron of a local Dr. in town and had a positive experience. Believing I would have the same experience, went to Taft Pharmacy). Big mistake, it was the worst experience in a pharmacy I’ve ever had.
The pharmacist didn’t acknowledge me, I had to initiate conversation as if she was so busy (not a customer in sight, parking lot empty, no merchandise at front counter but one or two bottles of Tylenol. She gave me a cold stare down as if to profile me, rude, unprofessional and absolute no interest in making new customers. I am diabetic and happened to run out of insulin syringes, she had none to sell! No wonder Wal Mart and HEB run all these mom and pops businesses out. Hint: Customer Service is essential to Sales and Bottom line profit success!
