I applied for a position for Terminal 132 in Weatherford, Texas. The posting was for a 1 ton truck with haz-mat. It took over a month to get hired as the Sales & Operation Manager was out of the office the majority of the time. When it was finally on set and done the only jobs I was getting was the bottom of the barrel. I received two (2) jobs late in the afternoon over 13 hours and the pay was ridiculous (one was less than 800.00 and the other one was 600.00). None of these two jobs were haz-mat as to what I had applied for. The last job they asked me to take was in the morning and I asked the dispatch lady if it was a haz-mat and she confirmed twice it was. When I asked her how much it paid she told me (less than 600.00) and again a job that was going to be at least 13 hours. The operation manager called me and stated it was not a haz-mat job, so they lied so I would take the job. I told the operations manager, this was unprofessional and I was being asked to take the jobs no body else wanted to take (bottom of the barrel). You could hear in the background the dispatcher laughing when I told her they were giving me the left overs. This terminal is not professional and right then and there I decided to terminate my employment with them. Terminal 132 is giving ACME a bad reputation.
