I wish I could leave more than 5 stars for the service tonight. Sebastian was absolutely amazing! Earlier today I was delivered some of the worst news of my life and just wanted to go get something sweet with my oldest daughter to brighten my day. My daughter asked for a surprise drink and Sebastian said he had just the thing. He handed her probably one of the best drinks I have ever had and will probably be my go to for the winter. Sebastian was making me and my daughter laugh so much which was soooo needed. Starbucks thank you for hiring great staff but Seb specifically you are an amazing human being. Thank you.

I come to this Starbucks on a regular basis for my afternoon pick me up, the place is kept clean and tidy, the baristas seem happy to do their job the Manager (Zac I believe) does not seam like just a boss but a leader, they take pride in the work they do and I appreciate it

Stopped here before tackling the Fortworth/Dallas traffic after hours on I20 . . Cool AC air , greeted by a friendly face as soon as I walked in . . Made a quick choice and took advantage of clean restrooms . . Then relaxed with fast wifi for a spell . . and then back into the grind . .

Hands down my favorite location in the weatherford/ Hudson oaks area! The baristas always make the guest feel welcome in cafe and drive thru. The line will be 15 cars deep and I’m out of it within minutes! Everyone at this location makes all the drinks perfect. Absolutely no complaints ever!

I am giving this Starbucks 5 stars because of a Lady named Mindy that works at the window. She is AMAZING. Everytime I drive thru Starbucks she gets my order correct and is so respectful. This Starbucks is so lucky to have her. She smiles and is always so happy.

Pretty fast service. Ordered ahead and got my drink at the estimated time. Plenty of parking as well.

I didn’t go to this location for about a year because of their customer service. I gave it another chance a few weeks ago because its the closest one to me. I don’t know what all they changed or if they hired an entirely new staff but they’re great. When i went today, I accidentally placed a mobile order for the Willow Park location thinking I made it for the Weatherford location. Gabe at the drive thru window was so nice about it and made me my drink so fast while I sat there. I asked if he wanted me to pull into a parking spot and come in and he said no they were taking care of it right away for me. Also, my drink was delicious.

Really nice location and the barista were very friendly and helpful. Coffee was great.

I love this Starbucks! Awesome staff! They have the sweetest young lady that works the drive through, when I get to the window, she always asks how my day is going and finds a way to complement me. The staff here just really seem to genuinely care about getting to know their customers and making sure thier customers have a good experience.

They're always really nice to me when I go here but today was over the top just awesome!! The girl on the headset/drive through was amazing! She talked me through the lingo for Starbucks because I wanted to try something new and strong. And she was super nice and answered all of my questions. I know what blonde means now so thank you!😂 this will always be my go to location

They have the best pumpkin drinks, hot or cold! I have tried the pumpkin spice latte at a few local coffee shops and they just do not compare to Starbucks. One place tasted like soap sooo bad.
The pumpkin loaf is Amazing! I am a baker and very picky, as long as they dont give you an end hard piece, it is so soft. Starbucks knows how to do pumpkin!!!

Anthony (or Tony) was great! He helped me figure out the right drink for me and was very funny and friendly!! As someone who works in the service industry, I appreciate people like this. 5/5 stars for sure!

The absolute best service!!! We went through the drive thru with our aunt's pups for their first pup cup. I wish I knew the young man's name that was working but he should train other stores

It's Starbucks. This store is consistent and very friendly. They have bright staff and although Starbucks decided to weigh down their staff with much much multitasking, this store still keeps up the welcome feeling while it juggles. Starbucks: this part is for corporate, bring back some more skinny syrups. Even your Mom thinks you're being cheap.

Great and amazing people work here and they are do hard working! Rule of thumb if you decide to go here is to order ahead. They are always extremely busy and unless you want to wait for a while then ordering ahead is the best option. They make orders quickly and accurately. I have never had to return a drink here and I have ordered some pretty strange customizations on their menu.

Love the coffee but they didn't have regular fresh brewed coffee and had to wait a bit and had to remind them of part of order

I already love their coffee so already 5 stars. But I had 5 teens in the car plus my mother in-law & not one of them could just order without asking our poor barista a million questions. So what felt like an hour later we got our drinks & our server got a tip for being so patient with us. They always have the nicest staff & just in case you don't know we appreciate you!

Today I visited the drive thru around 3:45 p.m.
“Ashley” took my detailed venti latte order and my perfectly made to order coffee was crafted by a young lady named “Genesis”. This drink was so good that I called to tell the barista!
Both of these girls were professional, friendly, and seem to truly care about customer satisfaction! They are definitely an asset to Starbucks! Way to go girls!

The staff is always very friendly, and they keep the very long line moving quickly.
