Great rates! Brand new building makes it a nice place to visit if they are your insurance provider. My family uses their services for their business. They also provide car and health insurance. They work well with you when you start. I have gone with family members to sign up and they were really respectable.

Worst experience ever!!! You think your paying for a name brand Insurance company like Allstate but its the exact opposite. My car was involved in a Collison back in august 2023. I am currently working with Body Shop # 3 and have not even been able to get a estimate put together. After waiting 3 months to get into the first Bodyshop they decided the repair was too much for his One man shop. Even if he could do the job he would rather not because Allstate and their bad business practices. So I called the next shop that was recommend by the first one. They were only a few weeks out before they could get me in for my initial estimate. Day of the appointment comes, shop starts getting all my info and as soon as the word "Allstate" came out of my mouth that was the end of that appointment. Turns out none of the body shops in my area have good things to say about Allstate and most will not even do business with Allstate. I am currently waiting for a call back from shop number 3 but have low expectations. After explaining my situation with the service writer he explained that Allstate does everything in its power not to pay for repairs. They low ball the initial estimate done through the Allstate APP (I'll save how HORRIBLE the app is for another day) and then deny and wont approve additional work needed. It is now almost February 2024 my car has yet to have a proper estimate and Allstate has closed my claim without reaching out to me.
