A great, nostalgic place to visit. I remember 50+ years ago when this was truly a hardware store. Even in the 1970s it was like something out of the 1920's...their nail bins, the markings on the floor to measure out rope, chain, etc. I love visiting this place, they always have new and interesting items. Rarely do we ever go there without walking out with a new purchase. The owners seem very interested in preserving the history of this great old store and sharing it with the public. We were there this past Saturday and as always it was a fun time.
(Seriously, if you go - look at the painted numbers on the floor where they measured out product.)

Just recently discovered this fantastic little antique mall. Such a fun experience to shop here with my daughters. The history & the building itself were interesting enough as it was, but throw in some great antique finds and the boutique type setting and you have a winner! Fellow antique shoppers check this one out. 🙂
Also impressive that they have a flyer at their front counter with a list of other antique stores in the area. Unfortunately most of the other antique stores in Weatherford don’t have that sort of flyer. Certainly would be helpful for all involved if they were to follow suit with doing this. So glad The Shoppes at Carter Ivy does tho! Definitely a new favorite of mine!

I truly loved this place! The classic country music playing in the store was a real nice touch. I told the gentleman working there that if they had cold beer and a rocking chair that I'd never leave. We visited several shops in Weatherford, but this was the best. Very friendly atmosphere for sure.

What a fun shop.
They have a little of every thing. I am kind of feeling like this will be my “go-to” shopping shop. Good job ladies.

Such a cute little shop! Super unique and fun. It’s inside structure has changed very little since the late 1800’s. The old wagon lift is still inside! It’s my favorite boutique in town. They are very nice as well.

I love this little antique store. I was able to fine some 80+ year old railroad nails there that I couldn’t find anywhere else that checked out over the past two weeks. And Ruby the store owner is a sweetheart. If you’re in Weatherford, and you like antiques, make it a point to stop by this place, you’ll love it.

The store itself is very nice, the owners seem like nice people as well. But my daughter's experience there was not a good one. When a door falls on your head & you don't even get a gift card( as u were told u would) or even a sympathy card, its very sad.
