Motel 6 Colorado City, TX

Gosh I wish I could remember the lady on night shift on 1/27/24 super nice. This motel is quite despite being off the interstate. We will be back. Also big rooms!

Im a truck driver and stay in motels every night. This is the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was very spacious and beautiful!! The decor was antique like and the room was huge. It had a very nice and spacious kitchen like area. Bed was very comfortable. The design/decor was refreshing. It was different then other motel 6's design. Very accommodating and friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again. Excellent place to stay.

Best $50 I’ve ever spent! 🤣 My spouse and I decided to stop on a whim and catch some rest on our cross country road trip. The staff were pleasant, dog-friendly, great value, SUPER clean, and very comfortable. Fresh coffee in the morning. There’s really no complaints! I can’t thank this Motel 6 enough for being great after such a long, awful day of driving! If you’re thinking of staying, don’t hesitate. This place was great.

Best Motel 6 ever! Very clean and I really liked the way that the rooms were laid out! I'm truly a breath of fresh air to have such a clean and well-maintained place to stay. Pet-friendly to boot! That was awesome! Will definitely do it again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Daphne at the desk is amazing. And Monica who works at night was fabulous as well. My room was huge and comfortable and I was there New Year's Eve and it's the quietest night I've ever spent, even at home.

The employees were amazingly friendly very helpful and the motel was really nice and comfortable they allow dogs and my three leg cattle dog loved it there. I get up pretty early and the coffee was always ready and good

Huge rooms, comfortable and clean! Great customer service. The nicest Motel 6 I've ever stayed in! My only critique would be no breakfast, coffee pot in room (coffee at front desk 😊), and if you've forgotten shampoo you won't find that in your room either. Other than that, it was wonderful!

The room was very spacious and clean! The mini fridge and microwave were also very clean and extremely useful during our stay. The staff was very kind. I was also surprised at how comfortable the beds are, and I'm picky. 😅 Would definitely stay there again. 💯

Nicest Motel 6 I've ever stayed in hands down. Room was spacious, clean and way more plushy than I would have ever expected. Big bathroom. Good shower. Mini fridge, microwave, cabinets and plenty of counter space.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the ground outside is covered in little thorny thistles, beyond the pavement. This is a pet friendly motel however I did spend time picking thorns out of my dog's feet.

Not the fault of the motel but if you have a dog get ready for the "thistle foot" blues.

Extremely clean, and nice and quiet despite being right next to the interstate. Staff were very helpful in finding good places to go around town, and very friendly! If I pass through here again, I’ll be staying here again for sure!

The rooms are huge and beautiful, prices are way cheaper down here in west Texas than Austin. Even in the vending machines all snacks and drinks are only a dollar. I enjoyed my stay and will be staying here again ❤.

I was traveling and decided to stop here for the night. The night person, Martin, and I had an amazing conversation. Would recommend and come back if I happen to travel through this area again.

I've traveled all across the this by far this Motel 6 had had the biggest, best, and cleanest rooms I've ever seen! The staff was more than friendly and helpful. After a 12 hour drive it was nice to come here. Home on the road

I've been using Motel 6 for many years. The recent renovations were long over due. And have made it a much more pleasant stay.
I'm sure competition in the motel industry must be intense. Even with the upgrading of the rooms, I'm leaning more toward Super 8. They too have renovated their rooms, plus they offer a free breakfast, PLUS, most times they are less than Motel 6.
Time to get your act together, or you may lose a long time patron to one of your competitors.

This location should win an award. This motel is not your typical Motel 6. The rooms and baths are very large with beautiful beds, chairs, sink, etc. The bedspreads, carpet and draperies are beautiful. The manager (owner?) is friendly and very helpful. Everything about this property is a delight. If you are driving through West Texas, avoid any property in Odessa or Midland. Due to the oil boom, those properties are hugely expensive and very very run down. Drive a few miles East to Colorado City for a lovey experience that is worth twice the price you will be charged!!

The gentleman that was working night shift on 05/11/2017 around 7pm was an absolute pleasure and very helpful. We are traveling from Los Angeles CA To North Carolina and couldnt be happier with our clean spacious room. Beds were very comfortable and room included sink,fridge, and microwave. Gas station within walking distance and a varity of places to eat. Traveling with a large truck with our car in tow and parking was a breeze. Highly recommend. Next time we are in the area we will be staying here. Thank you!!

Wonderful clean motel, rooms are huge and clean . Workers are kind. Definitely would stay again. And definitely will recommend!
