Hidalgo Restaurant is the best Mexican food that I've been to, been to many Mexican restaurants, in a little town called Colorado city Texas down the street like 28 miles is worth every mile to come here, you won't be disappointed

Good food nice people not the nicest place in our small town but the best place to go for Tex-mex

This place has outstanding service and food! We've tried several plates.
The California burrito and nachos are a favorite but have never tried anything we didn't like.

We came on a football Friday night. The food was wonderful!! Enchiladas, tacos and the chili relleno. The service was a bit slow but NOT from the staffs lack of trying (they were running). The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we are back in this area we will dine here again.

Great authentic Mexican at great prices, prepared and served by really nice people. We've had the flautas, chimichanga, California burrito, tacos and supreme nachos and everything tasted so good! The beef has such a good flavor.

Great service they allowed a baby shower to occur and didnt charge for the event. Food was hot and fresh and my tea glass was never empty. I really enjoyed the place and will be back!

I Just got finished eating. I had 2 chicken enchiladas and a chalupa. It was very good. The salsa is excellent.

I love this place! Service is fast, friendly, and the food is excellent. Only issue I have is being charged for a refill on chips. Other than that, this is by far my favorite Mexican Restaurant within 40 miles!
