My parents always go to Bracketville and there was a huge storm last night with hail. The man from subway told them and a couple other customers they could stay in subway if it wasn’t safe to go outside then a worker from Valero came over and said they all had to leave. Get this… he made them all leave in the middle of the storm and locked the doors and HE STAYED INSIDE. No matter what it’s never right to put people in harms way, forcing them to sit in their cars or drive to where they needed to go with impaired vision from the storm. You don’t expect that kind of attitude form a small town gas station. Such a shame. It would’ve gotten NO stars but I’m not sure if this rating would count if I clicked no stars.
