Had to go here many times, staff was friendly and facility was clean. I’m patient and understand there are waiting times when going to a walk in clinic or the doctor but I’ve never really had to wait here. They get you in and out pretty quick! All the doctors listened and nurses were great. No complaints!

Kaitlyn Sinclair really listened to me and my symptoms. I can’t imagine how I would be feeling still if I went back to the other clinic I first went to. Please give them a chance.I saw prior comments and I know it’s not a walk-in anymore since Covid but nothing is the same. Be patient with your health care professionals please.

Kudos to Jensen and Victoria for getting my daughter treated. They went above and beyond.. She has been to the walk in clinic a ton this year and they have always treated us great.

Quick and easy rapid Covid testing! Results in 15 minutes. We were out of town and so happy to find this clinic when our daughter got sick away from home.

They are alright but could use better tests & equipment. I went for covid testing, flu test and strep, all came back negative. I was sicker then a dog, they gave me steroids. I got worse the next day. I went to the er, where I was retested for all of the above and I had Flu B & Brociospasm and the steroids they had given me boosted my flu ×3. I'm sure they wouldn't have given me steroids if their tests had been accurate

Went to clinic on 5/31 for ear and sinuses pain. I was told I had fluid in my right ear I was seen by provider Shively she was very nice but didn’t do a thorough examination she just looked in my ears. She never had me take my mask off ,looked in my mouth, checked my chest , limp nodes, in my nose. Gave me a steroid pack for my fluid in my ears and told me to take sinus medicine, which I was already doing. Needless to say I never got better. I call after 4 days on 6/3 they told me to wait 2 more days for the meds to work .I insisted they needed to do more or call me in some antibiotics They said they needed to see me or wait to see my primary Dr. I decided to come in because I was hurting so bad at this point. The receptionist was very unprofessional she had her kid running around in the waiting room which is not a place for kid to be. She tried to have me pay a co-pay. I explained her and I have 2 insurances and never pay a co-pay and I didn’t get ask to pay a co-pay 4 days before nor was I asked to pay one.She then closed the window and talk to the others in the office about me and ask if Sherry was in today. Like I could hear talk about me.The nurse assistant was very nice and apologized to me for not getting a thorough exam the first time. The provider Jackie or Jennifer was really rude but did a better exam but not thorough either.Thank god I didn’t wait 2 more days to see if my meds work like they said on the phone. Turns out I had strep throat could you imagine if I would have waited. It would have been nice if they looked in my mouth 4 days ago so, I wasn’t sick for so long.I will not go back. Very unprofessional all the way around.

Not a terrible place, but first time I went there one of the nurses was very rude and not gentle at all.

I went to the clinic for a cut which required 5 stitches. Was told to return in 7-10 days to have them removed. I returned 9 days later, had staff infection in my wound due to not be subscribed antibiotic’s, had the stitches removed and subscribed antibiotics. I am now being charged an appointment co-pay for the removal of the stitches due to it being a different physician that removed the sutures. Seek another facility in Carrollton or Godfrey if you are wounded!!!!
A very poor policy of charging for a follow up suture removal!! Also, make sure you advise the physician that you will need an antibiotic!

An honest waste of time. I called before going in (I live 3 minutes away). When I hot there at 12:27 she told me they were closed until 2. That'd something g that could have been said over the phone instead of wasting my time

It's supposed to be a walk in clinic but you have to make an appointment. When you try and make an appointment it's to late to be seen. Your usually feeling better by than. The receptionist or who ever is sitting in front of the window is ALWAYS very rude but two ladies is usually nice (Snyder lady is nice and a really young girl is too). The others are very rude and unethical. Need to rehire new ladies. Don't say they having a bad day. Their day at work is just begun at 8 am. If they are having a bad day at home. Leave it outside of the work place. I don't recommend coming here unless you don't have no where else to go.

Friday morning my 85-year-old aunt's doctor called and said take her to jerseyville walk-in clinic to have her finger looked at. She lives in jerseyville. I get her out in the rain drove her up there and all the girls wanted to do was give me the runaround. And would not look at her finger told me I needed to drive to Alton with her to OSF walk-in clinic. There was no one at the clinic when I got there. I guess they didn't want to be bothered.

It's not a walk in clinic. I showed up and the sign said to call off you had any of the symptoms listed. It's a pretty long list. So I called and they told me I needed an appointment and the soonest I could get in was the next day. May need to change their name.
