Screaming Eagle Aerial Adventures at Lake Guntersville State Park

What a fun and exciting experience! Well worth the price to have a bird's eye view of the beautiful Guntersville State Park area from above the trees. The guides were knowledgeable of the equipment and surroundings and made my first zip lining experience feel safe, fun, and exciting!

Had a good time, went with my family. I was nervous but am very glad I did it. My kids and husband had a great time. All of the employees were very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the instructions. They were all very kind and made it a lot of fun!

Really enjoyed the ziplining and our two guilds were awesome. I did a Christmas weekend ziplining with my two sisters. The course had ten ziplines, three bridges and a V shape tightrope. I would say it took about an hour with the three of us.
I was afraid of heights when I was younger, so I can understand some people may be a little nervous. One of my sisters exited off the ziplining after the 2nd line. There's at least two exits off the course. The 1st is right after the 2nd line and another is right before the bridges.
I would say if you can make it pass the 2nd, the rest are about the same. The highest is around ninety feet,but it is on a slope and doesn't feel like it. You're secure by a safety chain the whole time. It loops around the rope and has a small opening to go around the hinges. I definitely felt secure during the course.
The guilds we had were great (not only friendly, but safety focused and well trained) and took great care of us during the trip. I don't know how they get paid, but tipping is encouraged and I feel really earned. If you don't have cash, venmo code bars are at the front desk and at the end of the email survey there's a place too.

We had a great time for my nieces birthday/siblings day! We did the level 2. Was very exciting. A bit strenuous. My short stature made some of the wire walks difficult (cables hurt under my arms), but it was worth it!

Celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, my wife and I were given a tour as a gift and boy was it a great one! Tour guide's Moree and Taylor were not only very professional in explaining the safety and proper technique's, they were an absolute blast before, during, and after our tour. Can't wait to do it again!

Fantastic trip!!! We had Vivian and Carson as our guides and they were awesome!! My boyfriend proposed to me on this trip. Everybody knew the surprise but me. Our guides took good care of us, kept us safe, and kept us laughing the whole trip. Vivian (aka Bones) was like a little monkey out there. We got into a little snag and she flew out to the rescue:) We took a break at the overlook and my man proposed to me. It couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you for the fun and making our special day extraordinary!!!

We had a lot of fun at on the ziplines at Screaming Eagle! Beautiful views of the lake and forest up there.

Had so much fun today!! It was my first time zip lining so I was a bit nervous but after a while I got comfortable and felt secure. Loved it. Definitely coming back! I forgot the guides names but they were also great.

We had a great time today! It was our first time and we done level 1 and 2. It took 2 hours to complete but we were the only 2 for the second part. It was so peaceful and a great adrenaline rush! Cam and Sydney were awesome but every guide was very nice and helpful!

Our zip guides Taylor and Cade were fantastic! Although it rained prior to us starting the course, it was hot, humid, and wet and they never not once complained or were affected by it. They were extremely helpful, genuine, great communicators, patient, and wanted us all to have fun. They made sure we were safe and even knocked off a few spiders from our path..lol. They got to know us and wished us the best when we left.

Unfortunately, we left without giving them a tip which we noticed when we initially signed in, but wasn’t mentioned afterwards so we completely forgot. I’d love to tip them both for their incredible service and hard work. Please have someone reach out to me about this.

We took my twelve year old on the Level 2 tour for her birthday and it was well worth the money. The guides were knowledgeable, safe, and made the experience very fun for us. Highly recommend the experience to anyone who loves nature and is ok with heights!

Had a blast here. Thanks to the guides who were along for the trip! Be warned, a few of the level 2 lines are pretty high up, so keep your acrophobia in check. We were in a small group of three people, one who bailed out once we hit the tower, so I think it took us maybe 90 minutes to get through the course. Not as diverse as the course in Banning Mills, Ga, but awesome in it's own right. The views from some of the lines are outstanding!

By far the best zip line experience I have had yet! We did the first and second part and felt every penny was worth it. The views are amazing. The zip lines are high and long. The only thing I would advise to keep in mind is if you are short and don’t weigh a lot it can be a tad bit more of a challenge, but it’s still worth it!

I had a great time with Matt and Nick on the trip. After doing level 1 I was convinced I needed to do level 2 because I didn't want it to end!! I even learned a little about the area and lake. I would definitely recommend this for families, young and old. Price wise it was well worth for level 2! Recommend following the rules and recommendations of the guides.

Wonderful time ! The guides were very helpful and our boys 8,9,&10 yo loved it. Our youngest was only 54 lbs but managed fine and the guides are spaced bw guests so as to help out if needed. It's located in the lake guntersville state park 1 minute walk from the lodge. The lines are set up with some awesome views overlooking the lake from the tree tops. Highly recommend.

The experience I had at Lake Guntersville State Park is definitely one that I will never forget, because I went Zip-Lining for the first time ever on June 17th, 2021 with my amazing family!! I couldn't have asked for a better instructor and tour guide! Will be back again soon for another adrenaline rush!! Highly recommend!!

Had a great time at our 10am trip Saturday. My hubby and I were the only ones in our time slot which was nice since I have never done this before. After the 3 lines I felt more confident and our guides were thoughtful and encouraging. If this short chubby 50+ gal can do it you can too. So go have some fun and zip line.

Had a fantastic time ziplining at Screaming Eagle today!! We did 1 & 2 tiers. Ziplines are long and absolutely fun to ride!! Our team, Rico and Max were professional, courteous, and friendly! So glad to have them with us. This is the best place to go in Northern Alabama! Going to do this again.
