Great place to play

Very nice Baseball Field.

Fun Experian and nice scenery there are nice tall heels to walk as well as a small concession stand. The baseball games are competitive and I got to meet Cameron Post, who plays for the Oakland University baseball game. Pretty cool

Needs some work!

Oakland U switching to Plastic Grass? Artificial turf?? What is this with places of higher education--staffed by scientists and those aware of the environment--allowing poor environmental decisions? I've heard that artificial turf is full of toxic chemicals and also will, as it ages, spread microplastics through the environment. This is just one more example of how American Universities are not practicing what they presumably preach. Already the grassy fields are full of lawn chemicals, herbicides and fertilizers that are harmful to our wetlands and great lakes. It's time or students and faculty to stand up and bring universities in line with science, social ethics, and stewardship of our environment and resources.
