My heat went out, I called them at 4:00 am. They showed up very quickly and fixed my furnace problem, Which I much appreciated because it was very cold out.

We have had the absolute worst luck with our heat pump, to no fault of Nebraska Heating and Air! The problem has continued over a period of a couple of years. They stuck with us, figured out the problem and most importantly, FIXED it! They dealt with my frustration and helped us through the process of figuring out it was a defective unit. THANK YOU, John, Mike and everyone else involved!

I have had a great experience with one of the techs however, I have been waiting to get a quote ac/heat since March.

Crazy High prices. Might be great for some folks but definitely not in my case. I got 5 area bids of very similar make & model units this place was by far the highest. Not a good match for me.
