KFC

I had a remarkably positive experience at this shop today. Upon arriving to collect my order this evening, I was informed they had run out of hot wings. Although initially disappointed, the staff member at the front, Britney, immediately apologized for the oversight. She promptly suggested alternative options and ensured I left satisfied. Her proactive approach truly exceeded my expectations, making this my best KFC experience to date. A big thank you to Britney for turning the situation around!

Went in to grab lunch with my mom the store had 3 employees running the entire store. The dining area was clean the employees very polite and they provided fast and excellent service. I was honestly impressed bc I know how stressful it is to be shorthanded and the choas that usually ensues but not here, it was like they are a fine oiled machine and everyone does there part effeciently.

Brittany is absolutely amazing!! she needs a raise!!! she was running the whole store by herself, had no staff to help her and when she was dealing with all that she was still sweetest and kindest person!!! I will definitely be coming back just to see the super manager Brittany!!!

Great drive thru service, order is always right, greeted with a smile and awesome customer service...keep up the good work people.

I personally work here I although things need to be better this a an amazing place to eat,the vibe is so amazing everyone is so nice and helping👏🏽I’d work here forever

Absolute best KFC I've been to. The manager was really patient, and the crew was really nice, even though there was a rush of orders. Having worked in fast food, I know a good crew when I see one. Definitely one of the best so far. Whoever was on the 3:30-4:30 shift on December 10th, 2022... amazing.

The lady Britny was VERY pleasant on the drive thru this evening, this is refreshing 😊

Great for take-out. I always get their chicken strips and they are very good. Their coleslaw is so good. Mashed potatoes are not so good in my opinion.

The staff was very kind and service was quick. Clean and inviting atmosphere every time we visit.

I dont know about before when food and service was not that good. But i know the service was great and the food was very good. I had a big order and was not in the drive thru more then ten mins.

The KFC sandwich was awesome and I felt awesome

My only neg is they had run out of menu highlights, i.e string beans, gifts cards etc. My trip was a hungry bust😞

Long line went by fast. Food was fresh and hot. Very polite workers.

Fantastic place to dine, chat or just have a quick meal. Fairly cheap and absolutely delicious.

Hadn't be to KFC in a very long time. The Birmingham, Michigan location was clean and the staff was very nice. Love their chicken sandwiches!

After placing my order for white meat dinner, I was given dark meat. Without hesitation the manager immediately corrected my order & let me keep the dark meat without charge & appoligized for the mistake.

We got the best chicken pot pies fresh from the oven, delicious.

There was a small lineup but as soon as it was my turn to order, I placed it and was told to drive right the car ahead of me got his food and for me as soon as I got to the window my order of two Pot Pies was ready and given to me I paid and the rest is history. Thanks KFC😷

Too expensive nowadays

Veryyyy fresh food two times in a row! In different weeks. I drive out of my way to go to this KFC
