Reed Brook Custom Meat Processing

Matt and Ian are great to work with. I've been sending my livestock to them for a while. I couldn't ask for a better service. They listen to everything I request, packaging is perfect for reselling (vacuum sealed, labeled, weight listed and USDA label if done for USDA inspection), and their sausages are amazing! I've tried other butchers and even though Reed Brooks is further away I will use them everytime, no one else comes close to the care and quality they put into this line of work. Without them my business could not thrive the way it has. Very, very pleased with their services!

I took two angus to Reed Brook for processing and to resell in our store. Ian was great to work with, very professional, the cuts were what I was looking for and the packaging was very good.

They are hardworking and honest folks who know how to cut our beef well!

I would not trust Ian or this butcher. We had a 250 lbs hanging weight grassfed cow butchered there. Somehow only came away with 143 lbs??? So over 100 lbs missing?? Usually you get 65-75% back from hanging weight! I spent 20 mins on the phone with them before they butchered the half cow and honestly i dont know why i wasted my breathe. Ian basically butchered it how he wanted didnt listen to anything i asked for! And when ? About the cuts and missing weight he blamed it on the farmer and claims i asked for roasts! I was very specific my kids don't eat roasts and wanted thin steaks! Got 7 roasts and barely any steaks and they are huge 2inches! I also asked for ground to be marked if chuck or sirloin none is marked no clue on fat content almost like they just chucked whatever and ground it! Also no tenderloin or boneless meat??? So where did it go?? I have never seen a hungry butcher but this is just ridiculous!

Had 3 pigs, two large, one medium butchered USDA. But I only got 7 packages totaling 5lbs of bacon and two small bags of ribs total. Ian insists that I got all my meat, but even half of one pigs has more ribs and bacon. We are missing a lot of meat. Someone there knows what could have gone wrong.

Still does deer meat just hush hush certain ppl. Dude a scam and do Anything for moneys. Hes Mr Krabs.

Awful place, everyone knows Ian steals meat from customers so why is he still in business.
