Drive thru is fast and friendly. Service and food were great. Parking/lighted lot.

The place was a little busy. Little wait time for fast food. We were served by Hershal. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional! Good job Hershal!!

Set a half hour in drive thru got pulled up and made to wait on a salad said chicken was cooking and it was not even hot I would not suggest drive thru also rude nasty drive thru worker, female

Went 5 mins before breakfast ended. Food was fresh, good and service was outstanding. This is the best Wendy's I have been to in a long time. You make Dave happy.

The service on day shift is great but once u hit 4pm is goes down

Gary is beyond lovely! My order was incomplete and unfresh and the wait for the meal was long and gary was amazing at making it right the next day!
He was pleasent and very understanding.

Best Food I have had From any Wendy's in a while. Only Second time at this one and I will definitely be back.

Let's start off saying I received all my food & drinks. Next the young lady who waited on me patiently waited on me to place my order, she didn't ask 10 times are you done yet, is that it yet, she made sure my order was correct and checked everything off as she packed it all into bags. She even got me a big bag to make it easier for me to carry. This experience was a positive one

Wendy's has AGAIN became my favorite "fast food restaurant" The bourbon cheeseburger is so good. For morning meal, the breakfast baconator sandwich is incredible. A+

I have enjoyed this Wendy's for years, and it's mostly the amazing staff that has been here and served me all these years.
One worker in particular stood out, Austin Thomas. He's a regular worker, but he treats his customers good and is polit .

Once upon a time, a weary traveler was making his way through the town of Ciecleville. This man was famished, and stopped into the Ciecleville Wendy's for some quick food before once again hitting the road. Little did he know, this trip would change his life forever...
Stepping into the reatraunt, he looked around. There were several others in front of him in line, including a particularly tall, scary looking man who wore a black sweatshirt and a scowl on his face. The man stepped up to the counter to order. From the depths of his pocket, he pulled a coupon for $1 fried with the purchase of a burger.
The man ordered a baconater, and said he wanted to use the coupon. The friendly boy behind the counter said that was fine, and tang him up. After the man paid, he looked down at his reciept, and all heck broke loose.
"You charged me too much!" the man thundered. Smiling, the boy looked at the receipt. "Im sorry sir, but you are mistaken. The coupon adds a dollar to the price of the sandwich for the fries."
"No! You charged me too much!"
"Sir, I'm not out to get you, we are going to figure this out."
Pacified, the man sat down to wait for his order. The traveller was amazed, customer service like this has been missing from America for too long. When he arrived at the counter, the man asked the boy for his name. "Daniel" he replied.
"Daniel, I'm getting you a raise if it's the last thing I do."
"Thank you sir" Daniel replied.
And so, after completing his journey, the traveller has come to Google review to tell his story. GET THIS BOY A RAISE! You will never receive better customer service, no matter how many miles you travel.

We always hit this Wendys during lunch time..the food is always fresh never have a problem with getting the order right ...they make you feel like you're not a inconvenience to them..the staff is always smiling and looking like they love there jobs...my favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken ..how ever you order it doesn't matter as long as it's fresh it's awesome!!

This wendy's is very mediocre which is a bonus in my book. The baconator, grape Sprite, fries, cheesy potatoes, frosties and cookies are all good for a quick bite. The employees are always very kind. One of the fastest that I have been too.

I have been overall happy with this place, they always get the order right. The food is usually pretty good, and warm. Staff is usually friendly.

Spicy chicken sandwich was great, they held the mayo as per my request and the fries were salted! Staff was also very friendly.
