I confess I was concerned about this location before moving here but every single interaction has been pleasant and the staff there are helpful and informative. Where they cannot help they are kind enough to provide directions to an alternative location just a few minutes away. I have not had a single issue and can honestly say that going to the post office is a pleasurable experience.

I think our post office employees are doing a great job. The new location is great and once the main Pueblo PO helps them, we will be able to send packages and priority mail from there. They are doing a great job under the circumstances.

So far so good. Some of the bad reviews are definitely for the previous location/management/ownership.

Best post office ANYWHERE. Great service, no lines & lots of smiles. Closing this office the end of June 2019.

Nice people, handy to have in this small town.

Really wish we could figure out something else for mail. Super small town vibes which is cool if the two people that work there know you and/or don’t actively dislike you but don’t expect more than they think you deserve if they don’t.

Misti M., (the older blonde lady I’m absolutely positive another reviewer was talking about) lied to my face when she told me it’s POLICY to hold packages without a PO Box number for two days.
She kept cutting me off to tell me she’s been here two years and that’s how they’ve done it. Is it policy to send it back after 58 minutes?

Yes, in recent years it has been harder to get a package that doesn’t have a PO box number and one can’t help but to think that she might be the reason. Maybe if you, Misti, weren’t standing around gossiping, you might “get to that” in an orderly fashion.

Incredibly rude staff, they will send packages back then get mad at you for asking why. I'm always getting other people's mail in my box, when I take it back to the counter they get angry with me for it. The older lady with blonde hair who I think is the new postmaster is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. Ever since Traci left our post office has become horrible. I can't believe how badly they treat us.

The hours showing online are incorrect. The USPS website actually has the old post office address and completely incorrect hours. Google has the daily hours wrong as well, plus the phone numbers listed for this office are all disconnected.

Terrible customer service. There is a lady here that has been extremely rude, on multiple occasions. This post office changes locations every 6 months, if its active at all. As soon as they open the doors back up mail stops being delivered and gets intercepted by them and returned before you can pick it up. They are very unreliable.

I had a typical experience when I lived there, the problem was when I moved. I set up a forwarding address and I never got a handful of packages. I got ahold of the new management and he was helpful. I gave him my forwarding address and … they never arrived. I asked USPS but they did not do anything, just said they were delivered (in Colorado mind, where I wasn’t living).

Bad attitudes, early closing hours, missing mail, other peoples mail in my box, Bad attitudes, lack of services and if I forgot to mention Bad Attitudes well there's that. Also there has been stories about out of towners pulling guns on residents there.

The staff is nice, however the hours are awful! We cant get our mail or even have services if you are a working adult. Hours of 8-5 are the same hours alot of us work ourselves. Have 1 early or 1 late day per at least! For others

Don't let anyone miss aaddress anything, you won't get it, and will take weeks for the sender to get it back. Don't use the stamp machine (it will eat your money and you'll never get stamps not even if you tell someone)and dont ask anyone for anything unless the window is open, That's the only time you will get friendly service.
