Broken Hart Ranch

My husband and I had our wedding at Hart Ranch back in October. It was such an amazing venue! I had researched a lot of indoor/outdoor venues around Bozeman and Hart Ranch was definitely the best pick in our opinion. It was budget friendly, it has so many options for cool photos, close to town, and was already decorated well with hanging lights and didn't need much additional decorations. Heather was very helpful and responsive through the entire process. She helped us set up tables and flower arrangements the day of which was super helpful. It rained most of the day but it worked out great since Hart Ranch is set up to easily bring the ceremony inside and still be beautiful. Everyone loved the venue and the layout of the venue was great for a 50 person wedding. We loved our experience and would highly recommend!

It’s a classic Bozeman wedding venue that offers a convenient, versatile, and year round authentic Montana ranch experience close to town for your wedding day.

This venue offers a great mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, including the Big Sky Room and surrounding buildings, which provide a fantastic backdrop for a wide range of looks.

During the Fall, the venue is surrounded by fire-colored flora on property and in the nearby Gallatin Mountain range backdrop. The view of the Spanish Peak’s is particularly lovely from the open air chapel.

The newlyweds, along with their out-of-town guests, spent the evening dancing, singing, and raising their glasses in celebration long into the night. This crowd knew how to celebrate with vigor. At one point, the wedding guests suddenly busted into a flash mob dance routine to the delight and surprise of the wedding couple. It was one of the great highlights of the reception.

Broken Hart Ranch was a great setting for a really fun event. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I got married here this January and could not be happier we booked with Heather. The venue is absolutely stunning and needs very little decor added thanks to its abundant natural beauty. We had family come from all across the country who were in complete awe of the ranch and the views of the spanish peaks. Heather was amazing to work with from start to finish and accommodated all of our special requests. I truly feel she went above and beyond to give us the most incredible wedding experience. Heather was present on the wedding day to help with anything that came up, answer any questions, and assist our vendors. We utilized her decor closer which felt like a steal given the price. The getting ready rooms for the bride and groom are such a cool addition and we loved the separate bar room and buffet room with the fire place— I highly recommend utilizing this feature for a s’mores bar! We truly could not have imagined a more beautiful setting to bring our friends and family together. Given my name, it has always been a dream to get married in the beautiful state of Montana and I am so grateful to the Hart’s for opening their beautiful ranch for us on our special day. I cannot recommend this venue or Heather enough!

A lovely wedding venue. The layout is great with expansive outdoor space for pre and post wedding gatherings. Beautiful trees, views, and lawns all around. The indoor space is large with room for tables and dancing, a separate bar area and separate kitchen.

I can’t say enough good things about Hart Ranch. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous – beautifully and thoughtfully built with added features of the restored bar, multiple bathrooms and even bear prints leading up to and out of the building (yep, they’re real!). The outdoor chapel is so beautiful with the backdrop of the mountains it seems surreal. The grounds are immaculate and expansive enough for a large event; but, small enough that it feels like people aren’t too spread out. So many spots throughout the property for photo opportunities. Separate spaces for the men and women to get ready and a great spot for the bride and her ladies to “oversee” the grounds while staying hidden. The caterer’s kitchen is fantastic! Heather was just amazing to deal with - there is no way that our daughter’s wedding day would have been as smooth and well run without Heather’s guidance leading up to the day as well as the day of, she is a godsend  She made our day (parents of the bride) completely stress free, we can’t thank her enough!

We are so happy to have had our wedding at Hart Ranch! We reached out to over a dozen venues in the area and toured over half of those according to what we wanted to spend. The outdoor spaces are amazing, the views are gorgeous, and there is so much room for anything you can imagine! Additionally, as an LGBT couple, we made sure to be upfront from the start since we had already encountered a couple vendors that did not want to work with us. Heather was SO great to work with and extremely accommodating which really put us at ease for our wedding day.

We would definitely recommend Hart Ranch to anyone!

I truly believe that the Hart Ranch is the BEST wedding venue in the Bozeman area. We looked at 8+ venues and Hart Ranch was the last one on our schedule. It should have been the first! It would have saved us a lot of time...The views are breathtaking, the venue is spacious, there is a bridal suite and a man cave for bridal parties to get ready in, and did I mention the bar? Everything about this venue was spectacular! Thanks Heather for helping our wedding be everything we had imagined!

The Hart Ranch was the first venue we looked at, we knew our search was over. This venue is amazing in so many ways. We celebrated here in May '23. It was beautiful and Heather was amazing and easy to work with. Everyone that came was so impressed with the beauty of this venue. Little decor was needed due to the natural beauty of the place. This venue will not disappoint! Thank you Hart Ranch for being a big part in our important day.

My son and new daughter-in-law had their wedding at the Hart Ranch and it was amazing! Heather and her team were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The building is beautiful and there are so many wonderful areas for photos.

What a beautiful setting for our daughter's wedding! Hart has everything under one roof and that means so many vendors I didn't have to work with. No porta potty rentals! I especially loved the option to add-on access to what I called the "Hobby Lobby" room. So many styles of decor we could choose from for the table scape and decorating around the venue. Heather knows her stuff and was great to work with as were all of her staff. Highly recommend Hart Ranch!!!!

My husband and I got married at the Hart Ranch, and it was everything that we could have ever imagined. From the very beginning, when we started planning, up until the day of, Heather was so supportive and helpful with everything! This place is truly magical, and if I could I would get married here every weekend!

This is a fantastic venue! We recently held a wedding reception at the Hart Ranch for about 150 guests. The venue is wonderful--lots of space in the main room and separate smaller rooms for guests to spread out and explore. The adjoining bar was a great place for guests to mingle before dinner was served. Large doors open out to an outdoor covered patio area where guests can dance. The venue is lighted very well with lots of options! Heather was wonderful to work with and did everything to make our event a beautiful occasion and memory!

Heather was so helpful with every detail from the time of booking until the last vase was put away. She was at the venue to lend her expertise in decorating the morning of the wedding and remained on duty throughout the entire evening. Our out of state friends were so impressed by the beautiful setting, the barn venue and all the surrounding areas. I cant say enough about how stress free this wedding was with Heather managing any and every idea we had and suggesting others!

We recently got married at the Hart Ranch and it was amazing! The venue is stunning, provides a lot of indoor and outdoor space, and is affordable, especially given it’s close proximity to Bozeman. There are a lot of little details, like the Love wagon, teepee, barn doors, and twinkly lights, that really make the venue stand out. The groom’s cabin and bridal suite provided us lots of comfortable space to get ready and relax in. Heather is so attentive, thoughtful, and responsive; she really made sure our day ran smoothly and took away a lot of stress I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and place to get married at.

My group of 7 had a blast horseback riding! Jessica and Emma where awesome! I hadn’t been around horses in a while but felt that they both made us feel at ease and were very helpful and knowledgeable. You can see the passion they have for working with these beautiful creatures. Will definitely be going back and would recommend in a heartbeat.

Went to a family members wedding recently and had a great time. Beautiful venue that is up to date, clean, with plenty of space inside and outside. Parking was adequate as well.

I hunted with Broken Hart Ranch. It was amazing. The owner knows his business and a man of character. I was beyond impressed with the game we took and the acomodations. 8 can't wait to go again

It was amazing, a beautiful place to have a wedding. My son was married and it couldn't have been nicer. So if you have a chance go there, if you like places like that.
