I ordered a menudo to go and was disappointed in how small the container was maybe a cup and for the price.
My lunch was amazing and very good
I will be back when I am in the area. Thank you so much.
Have a blessed day

Great Food: Great Service:Great Location. The service here is always great! The food is always great as well. Food is out quickly so this makes a great stop to eat usually in and out in 30 minutes. Servers are well dressed and the tables and restaurant is very clean. The booths at this restaurant are very cozy. They offer a wide variety of desserts in their dessert case. Overall a great place! Parking is also very convenient and handicapped friendly. :-)))

Update: 8/4/2023- We stopped by again for a quick lunch on our way through Cuba, with great anticipation for the excellent food we’d experienced before. I hate to say it, but we were very disappointed. We had the nachos again and they were still really good. We ordered the “homemade” onion rings as an appetizer. The onion rings we were served were not homemade. They were edible but not very good. The chicken fajitas were awful. The chicken was possibly boiled and appeared to only seasoned with lime juice. The texture of the chicken was gross and the sautéed vegetables were not done. We should have sent them back but we didn’t. We will go back sometime, but will stick to enchiladas and nachos.

Original review from 2020: We stopped by for a quick lunch on our way through town after seeing the great reviews on Yelp. The food was excellent, as was the service. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival, with no wait. Our order was taken promptly and cooked by the owner, himself. I got the nachos supreme, which was way more than I could eat by myself. We all enjoyed our meals, which included a big bowl filled with homemade sopapillas. They were fantastic and the honey they were served with was the real deal. Don't hesitate to stop by and enjoy a meal at Prescilliano's. The building exterior was nothing to brag about, but the food and the service was. I sure wish we lived closer!

I love this place. Red and Green Chile is always great here! I come here so much. I feel like I memorized the menu and can get a job here. Lol. My favorite is the Red Chile Huevos Rancheros with Over Easy Eggs! Perfect every time I get it!!!! The food and atmosphere bring back so many memories of being a child. Pres has my heart for sure! Every time I visit home, NM, this is my go-to spot. ❤

Honestly one of the best local restaurants in the area. I eat here at least once every time I visit Cuba!
The gorditas are on point, and the Red and Green chili are some of the Best I've had in the entire state!! Get something Christmas style and you won't regret it!!
10/10 recommend if you are stopping through, or just hungry for some authentic New Mexican food 😋

I love this place. I have been there three times. Each time it was very good. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with red and green chili (Christmas).

Came here with a group of 10 on our way to camping at Clear Creek. We had a good experience. They have a good selection of New Mexican dishses. The food tasted great and was served in very generous portions. The service was great. They even brought us a whole spicey jalapeno upon request.

Had the "Mexican taco", with their green chili sauce. DELICIOUS. very good salsa with the chips, too. Oh yeah, the fresh, warm sopaipilla with honey was the perfect ending

Me, and my family came here close to closing time approximately at 6pm (we didn't know they close at 6:30pm). The staff there were very nice to serve us and make us a pot of coffee. The waitress was even nice enough to give my younger sister a quarter for the jukebox. Their burgers are delicious and will definitely stop by again.

A very nice experience overall at this restaurant. Great pork chops & eggs with hash browns and sourdough bread. Partner had an order of pancakes and sausage. I have to say, that I tried those as well and were also very good. Give it a try. A+++++

I miss eating here: real kitchen/no commissary food - even the sugar is in a jar on your table!
Eat slow, relax, and enjoy!
Monster Cinnamon Rolls for y'alls next breakfast.

Presciliano's Cafe is a real treat serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner staples like huevos rancheros and hand-stuffed rellenos smothered in lip-smacking red and green chile. On the menu are other sought after local dishes and standard diner plates cooked just right. I've had the pleasure to enjoy the Navajo tacos and Frito pie, sumptuous deep fried French toast, a hearty fried chicken basket, and several simply satisfying hot turkey sandwiches. The price is right, and the jukebox is rad. Portions are generous, but you can request half orders on most entrees. Closed on Mondays and open no sooner than 8am for breakfast, Presciliano's can often attract a good crowd of locals and travelers alike, and sometimes have a run on the giant house-made cinnamon rolls. Pres and his reliable staff make customers feel like they are sharing a home cooked meal in their family kitchen, and serve dishes that could easily rank as #2 behind your mom's or abuela's specialties. If I had to call out any negatives, I'd say they could stand to serve a little larger dish of salsa, it would be incredible to enjoy a cold cerveza or salty margarita with my meal, and an outdoor seating area (pet-friendly) would just put this place over the top. Some people come to Cuba to enjoy a more notable restaurant for lunch and dinner (and cocktails), but this unassuming little cafe is easier on the wallet, a little more relaxed, and full of natural New Mexican character making it a well-anticipated waypoint.

I and my two buddies go here once a year after backpacking nearby in the San Pedro Parks Wilderness. Some of the best New Mexico-style vittles you can find anywhere. If you can find it. Cuba ain't so easy to get to, but if you ever pass through, Presciliano's is the place to eat.
