I stored my household goods at this location for a few months; the storage was clean, dry, and easy to access.

I just moved my things out of this facility today because the owner refused to fix a leaky roof. I rented the unit in December and noticed the leak within the first week. I notified management right away and was told they had to wait for better weather before they could repair it. I moved more things in but place them away from the leak. From December to August I kept reminding mgt that it needs to be repaired. I called one of the other facilities owned by the same man and was told they'd give my name and number to the owner. He never called. When I saw the roof inside was starting to come apart I realized I better get it out of there. It was a large unit and I had to rent a uhaul and hire two people to help me move it. Fortunately Currydale farms is just down the road with storage units and very professional management that was a pleasure to work with.

I'm sure the storage facilities are sufficient, but the human interaction was far from pleasing. Upon my arrival I was yelled at about smoking, which I immediately extinguished. Then I was accused of littering, and repeatedly told to put out my already extinguished cigarette. I'm not sure who the Brunette was, but I wasn't impressed. A little common courtesy goes a long way....

Mold an rodent issues, mold formed on stored items in two separate 10'× 20' unites at $100.00 a month had exterminator come in to eliminate the rodents. Was able to take that expence out of the $100.00 monthly rental fee. We monitored the Tempures & Humidity for months, numbers running at 40 degrees Humidity as much as 90% we had to emty as many as 10 moisturiser pellets containers in the two storages, at times full containers weekly to help with the moisture issues.. Which was an extra expenses For no compensation. After years of doing business with the same owner paying faithfully. The owner was given a 1 1/2 months notice we were leaving, He in turn sent out a letter only allowing us 19 days to leave. Obviously because of our complaints.
