This is a cozy, excellent, rural yoga studio. Heather is a knowledgable and kind teacher and there are several classes and workshops to choose from, plus great special opportunities such as retreats offered throughout the year.

Heather is a wonderful yoga teacher and an exceptional massage therapist. Her teaching style is pragmatic and it’s clear she’s studied yoga for a long time. I love how she puts together the sequences of poses and all her cuing. When I receive massage from her I always leave relaxed and moving better than when I walked in the door.

Hidden gem. Look quickly and closely or you will pass it. You might pass it anyway. Looks like an abandoned house set back from the road (101), but it is actually a cute yoga studio. They offer several types of classes throughout the week as well as Qigong, PT and massage.
