This is a fun, non threatening place to work out! It's usually not crowded and with the circuit training routine they have set out I'm able to get a great workout in 20 minutes. Two things I love the best are: diverse clientele- I see everyone from younger moms to more mature ladies and everyone is able to workout at their own level. Also the owner is very approachable, nice, and provides really friendly customer service. I've been to a lot of gyms, being an Army Veteran, and this one is by far my favorite.
