I recently switched to Dr. Adili after my previous dentist relocated, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Initially scheduled for a consultation, I had an urgent tooth issue and Dr. Adili's office accommodated me the same day. His staff was exceptionally professional and friendly, and the office itself was impeccably clean and modern. Dr. Adili's objective diagnosis an and the overall experience have left me thoroughly impressed. Highly recommended!

This team is the best! Dr Adili, Mary and everyone is professional, highly skilled and compassionate. No detail is ever overlooked or forgotten. They have performed a full range of work for me that included routine cleaning, fillings, crowns and surgery. Each procedure was completed as described and to an extremely high standard. When I needed some work done on short notice before a trip to France, they found a way to make that happen. I have been using Ideal Dental Solutions for years and they have my unqualified recommendation!

Staff is great! Everything is explained perfectly clear from the doctors to the front desk staff regarding treatment recommendations and billing with my insurance. It is clear they take their time to make sure appointments run as smooth as possible

The dentists and staff are pretty nice. The office is clean. They have TVs in each room for me to watch anything entertaining or to see pictures and x-rays of my teeth.

Friendly and knowledgeable dentists and hygienists. The front office staff is super nice. Scheduling and confirming appointments is easy and they are always promptly ready for appointments. An excellent dental practice.

Everything about this office has been amazing. The staff is always so friendly and happy. The office is very high tech, comfortable and clean.

I highly recommend my dentist, Dr Spiegelman. He is very attentive to my concerns and focused on keeping my teeth healthy. All of my appointments have been smooth and painless and dental work looks and feels very high quality!

These folks have done wonderful things for my mouth. When I moved to the area I had some stuff I'd been putting off for a bit that I was kind of in denial over. This was near our apartment and I went in for a cleaning. They treated me really well, were super kind about the current state of things, and helped me prioritize what I needed to get done without absolutely blowing up my bank account. A couple of crowns, a root canal (which wasn't bad at all!), and a bunch of fillings, along with a nightguard, and now I'm in good shape. They look like a fancy cosmetic place, and they do (or at least used to) give you a free whitening kit on your first visit, but then they didn't push any of that on me. Don't worry that it looks like a place that's going to tell you you need veneers and whitening so you glow in the dark.

A neat thing about them: they do the crowns in house on a 3d printer thing, so they're ready in an hour! All of mine were put in after a short wait, no temporary needed.

Also, dental work is expensive, y'all. They were really nice about me not having the money to do it all at once, they helped prioritize things, and they even gave me hints about a discount program I could sign up for that took care of things.

I hate the dentist so I’ve largely avoided it for far too long. But the entire staff here has been amazing, laid back, and willing to work thru my dental-phobia. Dr. Speigelman worked to find me multiple solution options that fit my budget, took his time during the process, and really made the entire experience very positive.

I have now been coming to the location in Clarendon for a while now. After a long run of subpar dental experiences and dentists, I really admire this place. Dr. Spiegleman is amazing. The staff is kind and helpful and I am never uncomfortable or in pain. They genuinely care and treat me great. I have a lot of dental issues and they have made me feel better about my mouth. Well done gang!

Best dentist I’ve ever had by far! The office is very clean with plenty of parking. The staff is top notch from the dentist to the front office administrator. Their team showed me pictures or x-rays of anything they considered concerning and were very open about the costs of procedures before they were conducted. Shout out to Dr. Spiegelman for his amazing work!

I have been a patient for five years at Ideal dental Solutions. I have always received great customer service and have had all my questions answered. The staff is friendly! Dr. Adili did an implant for me an I have had no issues and was with me every step of the way during my invisaline treatment. I highly recommend them!

Justin (Spiegelman) is great and very professional. Caveats in my teeth are taken care of.

Mary is wonderful in handling logistic issues, particularly my health insurance.

I've been a patient of Ideal Dental for two years now and highly recommend their team! The office is conveniently located walking distance from the Courthouse metro and is extremely clean and professional. I typically make appointments during the work day and have never waited longer than 2 minutes to be seen. Dr. Ghesmati has a high attention to detail and is great to work with. She is thorough in her exams and explanations. The receptionists are very communicative via phone and email to confirm and change appointments. Highly recommend Ideal!

Dentist Lisa Roseman was awesome! She’s got such a welcoming and friendly personality! She takes the time to go through everything and explain any dental issues, to include color photos which I have never seen before at a dentist. The office is super modern and the parking is incredibly easy (and free). Highly recommend if you live in the DMV!

I have been to many dentists as my husband and I move around every couple years for work. Dr. Ghesmati is the best dentist I have ever been to! She is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough with explaining my dental health and plan. She takes the time to educate and I truly appreciate that (especially as a nurse). She has a very good and warm bedside manner. I can be a nervous patient that asks many questions and I have never felt rushed or annoyed by her. She is very patient and happy to discuss whatever concerns/questions I have. I have never had issues with the dental work that I've had done by her. She is excellent and I highly recommend seeing her! My husband also thinks highly of her! The front desk and other staff are ALL also very wonderful (particularly Mary as I've had to work out insurance items with her)! They provide wonderful customer service. They are always cheery, patient, and helpful. They have helped sort out my insurance issues. They took initiative to inform me of an additional insurance I had no idea we had which in the end helped cover most of the services! My husband and I are looking forward to returning for our next check up later this year!! 5 stars for this place all the way! The facilities are also very clean! I just wish we could stay in the area to continue to go to Dr. Ghesmati and the staff at Ideal Dental Solutions indefinitely!

I have been a client at Ideal Dental Solutions for over two years and I highly recommend them.

The customer experience is extremely valued there. Mary and the other receptionists at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming both when you are at the clinic and over the phone. They always greet me on a first name basis and are very accommodating whenever I have a request to reschedule an appointment. They are highly trained and outstanding professionals.

The facilities are pristine, with lots of light and impeccable attention to every detail. They don't look at all like many dentistry clinics in tones of yellow light, with old furniture. I care about the visual aspect a lot as I associate it with cleanliness and investment in a great customer experience. If you care about how a dentist facility looks like, this is another plus in my book.

Dr. Ghesmati has been my dentist at Ideal. She is the best dentist I have ever had the chance to meet: she is extremely personable, will always explain every procedure and treatment plans in a manner that I - a non-dentist - can understand and feel like I am getting the best level of care for each situation. Dr. Ghesmati also has a great sense of humor and makes me feel very comfortable during procedures. She always, and I mean always, checks to see if I am doing okay, if I am experiencing pain or discomfort during the procedures and addresses it accordingly.

Finally, one last thing I really value at Ideal is the fact that, cleaning appointments aside, Dr. Ghesmati is your sole provider of care during sessions. She does not outsource care to any assistants (beyond preparing the room or the client or taking x-rays): Dr. Ghesmati does the treatments herself and dedicates herself to one client at a time. If you have had experiences in the past where the dentist only shows up to check on the work of others, they don't that that there. And I really appreciate that.

In sum, if you're looking for a dentist, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ghesmati at Ideal Dental Solutions.

Dr. Ghesmati is without a doubt the best dentist I've ever had. She is extremely professional, friendly, and always manages to give a clear explanation of exactly what she's doing. It is clear that she values educating her patients (something I've never experienced at a dental visit), and that has given me a greater understanding and concern for my own dental health. On my last visit, a simple filling had the potential to turn into root canal. Before proceeding, Dr. Ghesmati took the time to fully explain exactly what was going on and ensure that I was ready to move forward-- physically, financially, and emotionally. Her attention to me as more than a set of dental symptoms, but as a real person sitting in the room with her, sets her apart in my experience as a truly great dentist. I can't recommend her practice enough!

I've just moved back to DC after 33 years away! My dentist is no longer in practice and so I was referred to Dr. Ingber. I am a dentists daughter and so I come looking always for a no nonsense, no extra stuff, kind/warm atmosphere and I found it all here. I felt at home the moment I got into the office. And this goes double for when I met and chatted with Dr. Ingber. Cindy was my hygienist and she was super. All around a painless/seamless transition!! Highly recommend!

Dr. Ingber has been my dentist off and on for about ten years. He is a very caring practitioner and my hygienist, Claudia, was very nice and comforting as well. It is clear why Dr. Ingber has been voted one of the best dentists in DC by Washingtonian magazine in the past. I look forward to continuing my treatment plan. :-) His staff is very friendly and respectful of everyone's time. A very professional practice where everyone has a special touch :-)
