Miss Mary Seafood

We purchased some beautiful Rappahannock oysters last night and definitely enjoyed our supper, per direction from the cashier! I am sorry I did not take a picture! It was our first time there, but we will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious fresh seafood! We got blue crabs, 150 oysters, and several pounds of cobia that were sliced off of the fish right in front of us. These folks are very friendly and committed to delivering the highest quality seafood straight out of the Bay. Shrimp, crab, oysters, many different types of fish... you name it, they most likely have it.

Awesome owner, Lisa, harvests seafood herself and can explain how all of your purchase were catch and how fresh your meal will be.

I can not say enough good things about Miss Mary's. Amazing! Anything smoked...get it! My go-to is the salmon, fresh & smoked. Tried the smoked trout & it was so good I even bought a fillet for my parents to try.
I love knowing where my fish is coming from & how its fished.

Owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased shrimp and oysters. The shrimp were cooked and seasoned perfectly and the oysters (which I fried) where large and plump and delicious. They also have many types of fresh fish, which looked amazing. Will be going back again.

Stopped by here while working in the area and was not disappointed. Got some shucked oysters and they were super fresh and by far the best fried oysters I’ve fried. Also, got some clams and had no grit and tasted fresh. Thanks!

Very fresh and tasty seafood. We got a pound of sushi grade tuna and really enjoyed it. My wife gets their smoked salmon dip and it's also excellent. They smoke a lot of stuff onsite. Very highly recommend. Prices are better than some other places in the area.

We love Miss Mary (yes we know it refers to a boat). Great local and regional seafood. Exceptional yellow fin tuna, shrimp, and clams that cannot be topped. All in a friendly setting that makes you feel as if you have cultivated a lifelong friendship with the best fishermen in the region. Just visit their website to see the daily board and stock up.

Very friendly and upfront about where the seafood came from. Purchased scallops, large shrimp and oysters. All three the best we had ever had and my husband has been cooking our seafood for years . Nothing has compared ! Definitely will be taking an hour drive a few times a month to go back . Loved the art work and story about the grandfather back in 1983. Clean place also !

The absolute best and freshest Seafood! I ship there often and love everything I purchase there! I just got my first steamed crabs of the season yesterday! Big fat crabs! Perfectly cooked and seasoned! Great grab and go items too! It's what's for supper! Don't forget that Throw the Buoy in Saluda is part of this business!

They really know what they're doing in this store! The fish selection is large and varied. I got a bonus of some smoked fish and it was delicious.

In my town at home there is a great fresh seafood seller who has a good selection and good quality. I'm new to NNK but found that today at Miss Mary's. Very fresh seafood. Nice selection. Lisa personally picks the local seafood down at the dock and she is selective! Good quality, good prices and friendly local who has been in the industry a long time. So glad I found Miss Mary’s!

Great place to get fresh seafood. Freshest premium seafood and homemade items ar reasonable prices.. Its a popular place and they juggle a lot to make sure they have daily fresh seafood for their customers. If you have to wait for your order, keep in mind all that goes into making it happen for you. The wait is well worth it!!!!

We live in NY, so not much chance to have really good seafood. Everything was wonderful and the help with our purchase was perfect. I would recommend Miss Mary Seafood to anyone and if given the chance will go back 😃

Have you ever had a smoked wild oyster? I hadn’t until today, and Oh My!!!! I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ever gotten from Miss Mary Seafood, but these smoked oysters are out of this world! The smooth texture will grab even those who don’t like the texture of a steamed or raw oyster. The deep smoky flavor carries the delicious oyster beautifully. Great on their own or try it with a dap of their house remoulade. WOW‼
