Lindy and the folks here take the time to know their customers and go the extra mile to provide great service. I’m not giving up anything by using Rowland Pharmacy except the frustration I got at the big chains.

As a physician I really respect the compounding and general pharmacy services Rowland pharmacy provides. Everyone is kind, they follow through on everything AND their cash prices are very competitive. Rowland pharmacy is a small business in a big business world. We need to support these kind of pharmacies!

They are SO nice here!!!! I don't mind driving a little further because I am treated with kindness and care and not just a number. I like all my meds filled in the same place because I have a lot going on. They are helping me with that and figuring out my insurance copays. I think they are awesome so far. Very nice people.

Dr. Rowland has always treated me with the utmost respect! He has provided me with all of my COVID vaccinations. He, and his staff, operate a very professional pharmacy.

It is so cool of how our local pharmacists have stepped-up to assist in our battle against this pandemic. I would guess that is why Lindy entered into that profession ---- to assist his community with their healthcare needs.

Such a great pharmacy, and such caring and considerate employees! I had a prescription I needed before the weekend and Lindy went out of his way to make sure it not only was ordered and there on time, but he also explored various avenues of coverage that ultimately resulted in a $0 copay. Rowland Pharmacy made a stressful day easy breezy, and certainly went above and beyond what any other pharmacy would provide (they were even able to deliver if I couldn’t make it in before work)! 100% recommend, and will definitely use again 😊👍🏻

I have used Dr. Rowland as my pharmacist for years. Why? He and his team are diligent at doing what it takes to get a needed prescription filled, whether it's politely hounding a doctor's office to get a needed refill okayed, or knowing how to properly word a request for a medication from an insurance company (This is too often not an easy task.).
I have been very pleased with their ability to get their job done.

Today was my first time ever entering this pharmacy! And when i called the gentlemen answered my questions kindly. The staff takes the time to make sure you understand your prescriptions as well!
I will forsure be changing my prescriptions here! Best customer service!
