Ione Laundromat & Dry Cleaning

I went here for the first time ever today with my mother in law, although I did not do laundry she did. She had some comforters to wash. This is a very nice place. I do not recall how much it is to wash but the dryers are only .25 cents for every 6 minutes. So not to bad. And the owner Judy is very nice and professional.

My only regret is I did not write this sooner. I visited the Ione Laundromat quite awhile ago. It was under new ownership and I had the honor of spending some time with this hard working motivated young woman. I can't speak of times past but I can surely say my experience there was anything but delightful. It was very clean, the owner was helpful, informative and wonderful to talk to. She truly takes pride in ownership and it shows. I can't remember your name but you know who you are! Bless you and your endeavors - I have a feeling you and your dream will do very well!

I believe the owners name is Judy & she was so awesome. Very friendly & let us know we were better to use one washer over another for the cost. As someone who's trying to make a living in these times & still helps a customer like that is FIVE STARS to me!

IONE LAUNDRY HAS A NEW OWNER AND WOOOWW! I’ve been going to Ione laundry for years now and after this new owner took over it instantly looks cleaner, and there’s finally HOT water! It’s also nice seeing a friendly face in there! Can’t wait to see what other changes she will bring to Ione laundromat!

The owner stops your laundry if you have more than five items. Burn your cloths rather than taking them here I asked for a refund and she denied a refund for ny small amount of clothing. I'm a college student and can't afford someone doing that to me.

Pricey.

Everytime I go here, there seems to be more "Out of Order" signs on the washers and dryers! There are more non working machines then there are working ones.
Its a real bummer because I'd rather use this facility vs driving to Jackson.
Also the cleanliness is not really great at all. There's always trash, left behind clothes, random items and the place is freezing all the time!
I wish the owner would take more pride in there business by making it more welcoming but more important functional.
It's almost worth going to Jackson at this point with the quality of things at this laundromat.

Absolutely terrible, worst laundro mat ive ever walked into. First their machines are exspensive and the little lady who works there is a royal pain in the ass. Ive used jackson laundromat got all my clothes wasjed in one machine...she made me use three different machines and shes very rude about it. The thord machine had 3 items in it she made me pay another 275 to wash three items another dollar for soap. 12 bucks just to wash where every wjere else id spend 2.50 plus soap. Now i still have to dry them probably make me use three machines for that as well.
