Finch Body Shop

Finch Body Shop came out to save us when we needed a tow. AAA originally told us we would be waiting 5 hours but they were there in less than an hour. The minute we got off the phone with AAA the dispatcher from Finch was calling us to make sure we were okay. Terry had our suv up on the flatbed in the blink of an eye. Very professional and friendly.

AAA called out Finch's tow for me, because my battery died. The man who helped me out was Tim. He was informational, professional, and courteous. He also apologized for the long wait, and made it very easy, and fast for me to get back on the road. I would recommend this tow company to anyone who needed service!

Brandon was amazing!! We were stuck with a flat that we couldn't get off the hub. He got there and immediately got to work. It turned out we would need a flatbed and he worked with his supervisor to make sure we were taken care of. Turns out AAA never dispatched another flatbed for us and when their flatbed returned, he checked on the call and it was still open so he came out right away to help us out! Amazing!!

well it started off with the company towing my vehicle with the E Break on burning up both rear breaks i contacted the owner rick finch and he offers to replace the breaks and says he will cover the labor and when i go to deliver the bill the guy gos nuts calling me a liar after he already bought the parts and sent them to the ship i was at i couldnt believe it, for a grown man he acted like a little kid throwing a hissey fit even cussing at me and when he said he wasnt going to pay the labor and i proceeded to leave he follows me out to the parking lot and harrased me even more i cant see how such a jackA** could ever even run a business. the guy way tryn to convince me i was screwing him when because lack of training on his part ,, this guy has got to be to worst business owner i have ever had the unfortunate chance to meet i would never bring any vehicle or even reccomend someone i know to this guy because of his childish attitude and cheapskate ways i give this the worst buisness in Amador county

Been waiting for an estimate for my vehicle to be sent to my insurance company for almost an entire month now. The company doesn't seem to respond unless repeatedly called and when someone can be reached we've been told they can't do anything. It's infuriating that I've been waiting this long without getting a real answer about my vehicle.

I used AAA to get a tow from these guys and it was the worst experiance. Firstly, the driver was 30 minutes late from the e.t.a, even though he was only 15 minutes from my location. He even told me that I was his first tow of the day. What was he doing? I will tell you, not doing his job because he made a customer wait on the side of the road for a tow. Secondly, he didnt tie down my car down properly. So, when he made the ascent up my driveway my car came unhitched. The only thing that kept it from rolling away was the one saftey chain he put on my car. Thirdly, He did not pay attention the the heigth on the driveway. So, in turn he dragged the front apron of my car and cracked it in two spots. The front apron is unrepairable, so I have to pull one off of a similar color car at the local pick n pull. I was already having a bad day because my car wouldn't start, this guy turned my bad day into a terrible day lol.
