I have used Fred's Mini Storage over 19 years . I have had three Rvs they have been stored outside and inside the yard is well Kept . There'is tall fencing and the gates are locked 7 to 7 with other security tools in place .

It's 9:15 pm and I'm looking for a storage company because I'm moving to Ione. This is the first listing that pops up. I read the reviews and its all negative in the beginning then it starts to get positive. So I call because there is no website with hours of operation or prices for different size storages.

Me:excuse me?
Employer: Do you know what time it is?
Me:yes it's 9:15pm are you guys open?
Employer: No
Me:why did you answer the phone then?
Employer: I was gonna use it. Dont you know we are closed. Call during business hours.
Me:well when I call a business and they are closed, there is always a professional greeting with the businesses storage information. So what is your hours of operation?
Employer:7am to 7pm
