Pizza Factory

I am updating this because I used to love this place and have always gave it great reviews.
Today I called in to order a pizza to go and a family salad, first the phone hung up so I called back and the man took my order and said 45 minutes so we drove 35 minutes to go get it and he said he never talked to me. I asked if this was the number and he said yes here in Ione but not I am the only one here and didn't get a call from you.
Well PIzza Factory. I am joining the others and to never return as a customer. There are other places to get pizza in Ione.

Google would not let me leave a new review. We ate at Pizza factory again tonight and it was wonderful. Tina waited on us and she was also wonderful she was just awesome very pleasant We had the freshest salad and a great pizza. We had our order to go she made the dinner salad for us and it was packed with fresh items. The pizza was just absolutely perfect.

Have the pizza factory combo pizza large and a dinner salad and I have to say this salad was put together so beautifully it was amazingly fresh. The pizza was one of the best pizzas that I have had in years. They're delivery driver was a very very nice person very polite very clean and I will be eating there again my family will be eating there. Thank you so much to the Pizza factory in Ione California for such a wonderful meal this evening.

Great pizza parlor. Reminds me of my childhood. Excellent salad bar as well.

Staff very friendly & warm, great beer & pizza. Have an awesome lunch special & really good pizza deals on Tuesdays & Thursdays! I love the relaxed environment inside. Very old school.

This is where I pick my son up for visits. We almost always use their restroom and they're always nice about it. So I decided to start eating there too. Top shelf stuff. Glad I decided to start eating there. Try the cheesy bread. Never disappoints

Always good pizza. Wings are really good, I really like the video games and indoor feel when I pick up my orders. Makes me want to sit the family down for dinner one night here.

The lady named Christina is great. I've never seen one person run a pizza place so well! I don't know how much they pay her but for what she does I know it's not enough. This lady runs this place like a well oiled machine.

Pizza was very good and super load with topping the service was friendly and fast to do may order next time I'm in the town I will stop again for a pizza 🍕 😀

Always makes excellent quality pizzas and they don't take any longer than any other pizza place.

The bread sticks are also the secret to eternal happiness, I'm pretty sure

We ordered pizza and the fettuccine alfredo. Both were amazing. However, they tend to have some doughy-ish pizza, so if you want it to not be floppy, ask for them to cook it a little bit longer. They will happily oblige.

Stopped on our way to Preston Castle the pizza was a 10/10 and the customer service was awesome all of the employees there were super friendly

Great pizza! Yes the service is slow, but the pizza is good. We come in for the lunch special. It's a pizza place, not a restaurant so what more can you ask for?

Had dinner with my family . We had a extra-large all meat pizza Hot wings and BBQ wings and salad bar with drinks ,sixty nine dollars . The meal was very good .

The food is delicious and the calzones are probably the best i've ever tasted. Wonderful service and amazing setting. The kids will LOVE the upstairs arcade and bounce house and I love this place!
