My car broke down 4 hours into my cross country move, and on a Sunday. That big name road side assistance company I have been a premier member of for over 20 years were not on top of their game that day and left us stranded in what we thought was the middle of no where. I found J & B by researching mechanics open on a Sunday, while we sat in a 106 degree car, panicking.
A lovely lady answered the phone and made things happen.
Ignacio came with his tow truck and his smile and put us at ease.
The ride in the truck to the shop was great, he was so calming.
Eric and Ignacio figured out the problem, fixed it, and also topped off all the fluids and test drove it to make sure all was good.
We were able to get back on our journey that day.
I cannot thank J&B enough!!

My husband and I were looking for a truck nice people. They just didn't have a big enough truck 🚛.

Took my car here to get a some oil leaks fixed and they asked if I wanted the timing belt replaced since they were going to replace the timing cover seals and before I could say yes they said they will let me know if it needs replacement but I never got the call they just replaced the seals and after driving it about 200 miles check engine light came on I took it back and they said it was nothing major. Drove it 100 miles more it broke down on me had to get it towed and I took it here again it was a sensor. Drove it about another 100 to 200 miles timing belt snapped towed it here again they said engine had no compression and it needed another engine. I'm no mechanic but I know my car is a non interference engine and I thought you needed to replace the timing belt before doing a compression test or it will show little to no compression. Crazy thing is they tried buying the car off me for 800 dollars after hahaha I would rather let it rott in my driveway than sell it to these thieves. In the end I paid over $1,000 just so they could mess up my car and my car was running perfectly it was just leaking a little bit of oil

Poor service, except more out of this small town dealship. Wouldn't recommend anyone to try to get anything out of this dealer. Cars are unrated and over priced, plus the staff does not know how to hand over titles. Save yourself time and hassle, don't spend money at this dealership.

Worst exp took it three times to get fix for the same problem under my 30 day warranty and all they did was take of the sensor lights telling me what as wrong with car all three times and each time it would lock up the brakes and re appear they said 30 days are up but if I paid they would fix it smh .

They will mess up your car instead of fixing it. I do not recommend this place take your money elsewhere.
