United Health Centers - Mendota

Although it may be that SOME of the staff could use a lesson in courtesy, not ALL of the staff is substandard. The Optometrist and Optometry Staff were very friendly and helpful when I went in for glasses. They followed all the COVID19 protocol as well so I felt very safe. would recommend this Medical Center based on MY experience. Sorry that some of you may have had a bad encounter.

Everyone in this clinic is very polite, respectful, it was my first time in urgent care with my daughters and it was amazing , Dr Tom , nurses and front desk staff did great I highly recommend Urgent Care Mendota united Health cebter

I have always been treated with such respect , compassion & courtesy by all staff & call center reps thx

I had X-Rays done here they said my appointment was at 10:30 am I live across the street I got there like 5 mins before they didn't call me until almost 10:55am I thought if your appointment is 10:30 am they call you in at 10:30 am also the people in the pharmacy are rude. Plus they didn't give me all my medicine they said oh you insurance does pay all of it excuse me yes it does. I now go to Firebaugh pharmacy they give me all my medicine they don't give you attitude like the one Mendota Clinic

Waited an hour and a half, asked how much longer the wait would be and she couldn't tell me how long. By the looks of it maybe another hour, so I nicely asked if I can just have an appointment for the next day and the secretary told me she couldn't make me an appointment, and when. I asked why she gave me a unreasonable explanation and told me to call and make one over the phone. Which got me upset because she was there and just didn't want to.

The pharmacy is the rudest they wait till there’s a long line . There’s two widows, yet the only use one and they have attitude as well.

Very unprofessional reception workers always rude and bad attitudes should take note from the pharmacy workers it’s a delight seeing them work with a smile on there faces.
