Firebaugh Hacienda & Mobile Home Park

This place is great! I have family that have been tenants of the park for years. Every time I visit them all the other tenants are friendly. I would like to mention that recently the park had made a huge change in management and with it came great improvements. The new manager is very friendly, she was very helpful with explaining the new policies and she also speaks Spanish which is helpful since my aunt only speaks Spanish. Not to mention the response time of any maintenance work is much faster than before. The maintenance guy does a great job with fixing any problems in their home and he does it all done same day. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to raise a family.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a couple weeks now, I want to give kudos to the park manager Cecilia. She was very helpful when I visited a couple weeks ago, she answered my questions and concerns in a very professional and friendly way. If could give her 10 star review I would. I love when I come across helpful workers they make life a little better! :)

Me acuerdo cuando fui a visitar antes la manager de la oficina no atendía nunca estaba en sus horas de oficina siempre que uno llamaba nunca contestaba y siempre todo estaba muy sucio las calles llenas de basura. En cambio ahora que eh ido a visitar las calles siempre están limpias y la nueva manager es muy buena gente ella si sabe hacer su trabajo tienes sus horarios de oficina y siempre que uno la llama ella si contesta y te atiende de buena forma y te resuelve cualquier pregunta que tengas ami me gusta como atiende la nueva manager y definitivamente le doy 5 estrellas.

I am speaking as an outsider on behalf of the people who live there, but are too afraid to voice their opinion for fear of repercussions against them. Here are some of the opinions they have. There has been a recent change in management and with that change an immediate increase to everyone's rent. There was a mention of increasing rents to match market value but the changes to make the place match the market value has been poor. The entrance along with the exits could possibly break a car's suspension and when it rains the potholes only grow bigger. The conditions in some of the smaller homes that are rented include broken floors and roofs that haven't been fixed in a long time. There is also complaints of people trying to pay their rent and the manager not being in the office during the business hours which is an inconvenience for those people who are trying to pay their rent on time to avoid any penalties. The new management should really look at how the changes and personel they've put in place are actually affecting the tenants and show a small amount of interest into their opinions not just ignoring them completely.
